I had to clean behind the cleaners.

Male did the vacuuming. He did not move the two cushions on the bedroom floor to vacuum. A cat toy did not move from the corner which tells me he did not vacuum nor mop that area. Female did a better job but had to ask to clean laundry room counter top. Assuming she did not wipe the washer nor dryer. Asked her before she started to be sure to clean the drain board. Not a good job. One positive is that she did get the nail Polish off the bathroom counter.

We first reached out to All In Cleaning in February. They were recommended by a friend and the Angie's List ratings were good, so we gave them a call. We wanted someone to clean our two bathrooms and kitchen twice a month. I told the person who answered the phone about my referral, and they gave me special pricing ($45/hr for 2 ladies). They cleaned our house twice a month for 3 months. Each time they did a great job. They arrived on time, worked hard for the time they were cleaning and they work they did was awesome. The last time they cleaned for us was April 15. When we got to the end of their hour they asked for $50 (not the usual $45). That day they did their usual great job - except after they left I noticed they didn't take out the trash or clean the inside of the microwave. They called the first week of May to schedule a visit, but I was out of town. I told them I'd call back when I got home. I did. Since then I have left 3-4 messages about scheduling services and my calls have not been returned. Maybe I live too far? Maybe they need more hours to offset the cost of gas? Both of those reasons are legitimate business concerns and I would have been happy to adjust the schedule and/or hours to make it more profitable for them. However, I have no idea if they stopped returning my calls for those reasons. So, I'm moving down the list to the next provider. Bummer.

I purchased 3 hours of cleaning on Monday June 1st. I was told someone would contact me to schedule an appointment by Wednesday, having not received a call by 4:00 I contacted them and was told "I'm driving please call back tomorrow morning after 8:30". Not impressed with the customer service! I purchased the service because I wanted my house cleaned before the 6tth, looks like I will be doing the cleaning myself.

Two girls come out to clean. They were very thorough. There were no unexpected issues.

It went as one would hope: They did what I asked; did it well; were professional and friendly. I would hire them again.

Just very average. They blew in quickly cleaned the house and rushed out. The work was nothing more than I could have done myself.

The cleaning crew of two ladies was just great ... punctual, worked hard, spent the 4 allotted hours at the specific tasks I wanted performed. The miserable part was communicating with their office to schedule the work. I called several times before receiving a call back and then I was told the schedule wasn't made up for the period of time I wanted to set up. I asked to be scheduled for a specific future date and the manager promised to call to confirm. The call never came. When I called again to determine status, I was told they were booked for the date I had requested. After several more calls, I finally got it pinned down to a date and time. When it came time for scheduling a move-out cleaning, I debated calling this company. The office manager communication was horrible but the actual work quality was excellent. I decided to try them again. When I called to schedule the service, I was quoted a price. I requested the same crew and was told they'd have to call me back when they knew the schedule (sound familiar?). It's been two weeks and I never received that call. Consequently, I scheduled the work with another source.

According to my niece, they did an outstanding job of cleaning the kitchen, appliances, bathroom, floors and even wiping down all the family photos on the walls.

They were efficient, timely and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them.

All went well. The ladies were friendly and efficient.

My cleaning service is All In Cleaning and I give them a 'B' overall. They are due to come this Friday. The cost approximately is less than 100 per time. Sometimes I have to go and re-do a couple of things that they have done. Overall I am satisfied with them as far as what they do especially for the price they are charging. You are not going to find anyone else around here for that price, at least not anyone that has got business license. The license is absolutely important.

I needed my mom's house cleaned and sanitized for her return home to recover from a major surgery. My mom had been ill and the house was not in the best of shape. I was very impressed with the speedy responses from this company and their concern for my mom. They were flexible in scheduling my service, so the house would be freshly cleaned when she came home. The ladies who came to clean did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier. They worked so hard and were incredibly kind the whole time they were there. I was skeptical that I had purchased enough hours to get the house cleaned top to bottom, but these ladies did it all! As you can see, I'm very happy with this service. My mom is going in for a second surgery and I will use them again!

They are good and we still use them. We got used to them. They are reliable and nothing was stolen. They do their job and we don’t bother with them. They know what they have to do and what they are supposed to do and leave. Everything looks good to me. They are a good company and affordable.

This was for 4 hours of cleaning. The ladies came at 10:30 and left at 12:30. Many details missed and I'm sure if they were not in such a hurry, they could have done a great job. The $99 was the discounted price. Imagine paying $200 for 2 hours and not getting a thurow cleaning!

It went great and they had an hour left so they're going to come back and do it again. They came out when I needed them. Two girls came out and it worked out great. They were here for two hours each. I have a 3800 square foot house. They were very efficient and very fast. My house is straighten nice. They did a great job. I will use them again.

First, this was not my first time using All-In-Cleaning it was roughly about my forth or fifth time. I had given them dates that I needed cleaning and they did not get back with me so I had to call them. I asked did they get my dates and she told me she did and would call me and let me know. She did that and when the ladies came I was expecting the same ladies from the last clean, because she stated she likes to keep the same crew to keep coming to your home. When the ladies arrived it was 2 new ladies and I expressed to them what needed to be cleaned and what was missed from the last clean which was a shelf and my ceiling fans in all my bedrooms. They told me ok but I only paid for 2 hours for each lady, I expressed to them that I was willing to pay for another hour if they needed it or what. I also expressed to them since I keep getting different people who keep telling me different number of hours on how long it will take to deep clean my house. Second, when it came to their cleaning they were not as thorough.as the previous ladies. They did not pick-up objects (i.e clothes baskets, doggy bed, trash can, etc.) to vacuum under them they just vacuumed around them. I had to remind them about the ceiling fans which still were not cleaned and in my mother's bathroom they still had trash on the floor which I had to say something about. Last, I noticed that they did not clean or wipe down my breakfast bar or my laundry area. I am disappointed on what happened today and I will not be going back to All-In-Cleaning. It would be different if I had not expressed my concerns earlier from the prior clean and then what happened today so this will not do. I appreciate the services she had provided the other times but these last two times I do not have money to just give throw away on subpar cleaning.

Scheduler did call back 2 weeks later and am using them on a regular basis.

I asked that they spend all their time on the marble floor and the bathrooms. No vacuuming, no dusting, nothing except these two areas. Absolutely was NOT done well at all. Their personality and punctuality were pristine. Unfortunately, they didn't do even a mildly acceptable job. After they left I discovered how truly lacking it was. I upgraded them to a C, and even gave them a small tip, solely because of my generosity, not because they earned it.

While they did a good job with some things, there was something they didn’t finish as they didn’t have enough time to clean the windows, which is something I had indicated was important to me.

Wasn't done very well. We had used them before, and even lessened their load by not having them do upstairs bedrooms and or master bathroom. leaving only the loft area, upstairs bath, stairs, and lower level. The job was not done well. Dusting hadn't occurred from behind the doors. The walls could have been wiped down, especially with the ample time given. The piano or the area around the piano wasn't dusted. What they mopped our floor with left a major film, which i had to redo with the steamer.

Two people came to my house and did a great job. Very hard workers. I was pleased with this service, and would use them again.

Two cleaning staff arrived early and brought equipment to clean. The work was excellent. I had removed everything from the house prior to their service so they were able to clean everything I requested. They were trustworthy and left the key as I requested. I will use the service as often as I can afford.
