Description of Work: The crew came in and began rightaway. There were three people and each took a room. I had 40 min. in total so everything was not done but I understood that in the beginning. They did give me 20 more for free. Seem through.

Description of Work: Called to schedule and they fit us in very quickly. Two ladies came at the designated time and brought their own cleaning supplies. They worked quickly and efficiently. They weren't going to quite finish the last room in the two hours but went ahead and stayed 15 min longer to get the job done (which I gave them a generous tip for doing as I so appreciated that). Hired them to come on a regular basis I liked their services so much.

Description of Work: Awesome..... I joined the crew and we cleaned my whole house in two hours.... If I had to do this by myself, it would have cost me the whole weekend.

Description of Work: Cleaned masterbedroom, 3 bathrooms, vacuumed stairs and living room and mopped tile floors, dusted furniture. Cleaned appliances. They needed an extra half hour to complete the job, which cost me an extra $22. All-in-all they did a good job.

Description of Work: The company was great at scheduling the service on short notice. The 2 ladies who showed were very pleasant and spoke english well so clear communication was possible. I reviewed my priorities with them as I had ordered a two hour cleaning special. The ladies were thorough and quick and got everything done in the alotted time (the same amount of time my previous company had taken). My one complaint was that whatever they used to clean the glass shower walls left a residue that still hasn't gone away so I check with them before you have them do the glass walls. The best thing was that they cleaned the kitty litter box without me even asking them. Overall a good service although they are a little higher than what I had paid my previous company whose owner retired.

Description of Work: All in One Cleaning did a fantastic job for us. They cleaned my home and my rental property. My wife and I couldn't believe how much the two ladies were able to accomplish in a short time. They did everything special that we asked of them. Very impressive workers. They cleaned in places I would have never expected. Price is right. Quality of work is great. I will continue using them on a regular basis. Easy to deal with also.

Description of Work: Vacuumed, mopped, dusted, cleaned bathrooms. Did a really good job, but missed a couple of baseboards. Very responsive though so if I had caught it before they left, I'm sure they would have corrected it. I'm having them come and give me an estimate on regular cleanings. Will recommend.

Description of Work: As much as I had hoped to use this company, I've been completely disappointed with Jana's ability to run a company. Her husband called to explain they were in transition. I was patient. They sent a lovely 'replacement' to estimate our house. Finally, after three days of NO estimates...even a phone call...I called. Jana said they 'texted' the quote. TEXTED? This is highly unprofessional. I never did get the text...despite her insisting that she sat next to 'AVA' while she texted. Instead of apologizing, she continued to her texting story. I suggested she 'call' to see if her propective clients even received a quote. Her husband, Mike, just called again...not even aware I had spoken to Jana. HE HUNG UP! This is NOT the company to use if one would like any level of follow-up in the form of good manners. They do not have them. Perhaps they clean. Not sure of that. I am sure they do not have the ability to reach high places...so if you live in an upscale home, don't bother. They are much more suited for cleaning a tiny apartment. And, probably can do it...but, don't count on them calling. The ownership is rude and we have a lot better choices out there. Why spend money with people who hang up on a disgruntled customer? Mike needs some training in the business department of a local junior college. DO NOT USE ALL IN CLEANING if you expect something in return for $25 per hour. Good luck.
