Description of Work: I ordered the Big Deal 4 hr. deep house cleaning on Monday, April 8th. I requested the service to be done on Wednesday April 10, or no later than Thurs. She said she would call me back later in the day , being April 8th, with a time. I waited, didn't even leave home in order to run errands I needed to do ,so as not to miss her call. I then called her back at 4:40 pm and got a recording they closed at 4:30. I left a message to please call me back in the am of April 9th. She did not call me back once again, So I called back again just after lunch, again no answer just a recording to leave a message. so I left a message to cancel the service and issue me a refund, and that I felt they had given me very poor service response. Still no call back. Therefore I have contacted you, Angie's List, to help me get a refund back into my checking account. I feel if she was unable to provide the service within the time frame I gave she should have told me in the beginning, but at least have the good business sense and courtesy to return my calls.

Description of Work: Crew of three cleaned floors and 1.5 baths for 1 hour. Arrived on time. Did a great job. Would use this company again.

Description of Work: Lena and Gerina were punctual, professional, and did a wonderful job! I am in the process of moving so the place was a disaster, but they stayed on task and easily worked around me while I straightened up. They dont do dishes, but Gerina was sweet enough to help me load the dishwasher, since the kitchen was a complete disaster area. The state the house was in, I was reluctant to even have maids come at this time, but I needed all the help I could get. I went with the "big deal" and that was 2 hours. I figured I would eventually need their help more, but I didnt schedule it because I didnt know how my day would go. It turns out they were so wonderful and were even willing to stay an extra hour to continue helping me. The extra hour was $50 and I tipped them $50. I will definitely be calling on them again as soon as my life slows down enough for me to even make an appointment! VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED HONEST GIRLS! Wonderful attitudes, and honestly the best maids I have had work for me since I moved to vegas 8 years ago (and there have been MANY!).

Description of Work: The house was completely empty, I just bought it. I had to pay for another days service to have the house cleaned. By the way it was just a wipe down cleaning not a detailed deep cleaning.

Description of Work: I bought a Living Social deal for $50 for $100 worth of tile & grout cleaning. The workers showed up and found out I had a coupon and immediately went to work on the upsell. He wanted another $100 for a "deep cleaning" as opposed to the regular steam cleaning I'd already paid for. I declined and they proceeded to start of my floors. They did not use a steam cleaner as advertised and they finished 400 sq. feet of tile floors in 20 mins. They never even offered to move a heavy table in my entryway to clean under it. The cleaming job was basically wetting down my floors and leaving. There was absolutely no difference in how my floors looked before and after. When I complained, hhe started on the upsell again. Terrible company.

Description of Work: I called to schedule an appt and Eva the office person was scattered and unorganized. The employees showed up to clean my house but did not stay because there was confusion with the appointment that Eva set up. The cleaning people showed up again a few days and said the price would be double since the house had not been on a regular cleaning routine. My house was in good shape because I was cleaning it myself. The cleaners were here twice as long as they should have because they wanted to jack up the price of cleaning as this company charges by the hour. The cleaning was average and items/furniture were not placed in the original condition.

Description of Work: I hired All In Cleaning because I am disabled and have trouble cleaning. The first visit was Dec 3, 2012 for a "deep cleaning", for which I was charged extra. There was a bit of a communication problem; only one of the 2 ladies spoke any English, and her vocabulary was very limited. That caused some confusion, like cleaning in areas I had asked them not to clean. The result was a broken glass item. The rest of the cleaning was only fair at best. My stove was perfectly clean when they arrived. The oven door was smeared with something very greasy when they finished. Only one side of the slats were cleaned on mini blinds I had asked to be cleaned. I had furnished a brand new mop for them to use - they left it filthy. Most upsetting, they had somehow soaked a kitchen rug. Rather than mention it, they had rolled it up and stashed it outside. They were my first experience with a cleaning service, so I only made a very cursory inspection prior to their leaving. I had also made the next appointment before they left. My bad! The cleaning by the crew on the second visit (12/12/12) was more thorough, even though it wasn't a "deep cleaning" as the first was supposed to Have been. They had made 2 mistakes, which I didn't notice for a few days. One could have been disastrous! Even though I hadn't used the stove since the first cleaning, the girl cleaning the kitchen took the burners apart on my less than 6 month old stove. She put the two rear burners back together WRONG! If I had tried to use them the, there could have been an EXPLOSION, according to the manufacturer. When I reassembled the burners correctly I discovered that she had used something to clean the "fire-rings" that had DESTROYED the polished finish on them. They had barely been used, and had never been cleaned. There had been no one else in the home, so no one else could have possibly damaged them. While they still work, they look like crap. My stove was new, and was in pristine condition prior to being damaged by All In Cleaning. It will cost me $104.10 to replace them. When I noticed the damage, I wrote the owner of the All In Cleaning, Ms Jana Haigwood, a letter. She didn't even have the professional courtesy to respond. Not a word. Obviously, I will NEVER use All In Cleaning again, nor would I recommend them to anyone I like.

Description of Work: Were prompt and arrived just before the scheduled time. They called the day before to confirm and set a ttime. Did a good job..we had to leave the house for a while and they called us after two hours and said they had finished...the coupon was for 4 hours but I'm not sure what else they could have done in addition to what we had told them to do..very pleased with the service and would recommend them highly.

Description of Work: For $45 / hr they sent two people for two hours. My house isn't terribly messy but I like to have an outside persepective on clean. The girls scrubbed my bathrooms, wiped down counters and dusted, vaccuumed and washed floors. They offered to help me with bedding and other things but I wanted them to stay pretty basic and knock out the remedial work because I had other deep cleaning chores to do. I loved that they had an eye for small detail and did things like clean my husbands electric toothbrush (yuck - I can't stand doing that). I found my son's magnetic fridge letters neatly organized and in alphabetical order. They wiped down my couches - something I didn't think to do until I saw them do it but the lines from cleaning were a nice touch. I don't have anything bad to say about their work.

Description of Work: We cancelled our purchase and they refunded our money after they had trouble with their subcontractor. But this only happened after I pushed back because they had lost our order then they tried to put me personally in the middle of them and their sub.
