They were professional, detailed, friendly and very thorough. They communicated where they were focusing on cleaning next. My house sparkles and smells fantastic. They did an amazing job!

I had never before used a professional housecleaning service so I didn't know quite what to expect. Michelle and Veronica arrived on time and on the run with various products/tools in hand. They quickly assessed what I wanted done as priorities and started to work. It was soon apparent that they could do far more than my priorities so I provided several more assignments. They completed everything I wanted and more with the highest quality. I was amazed at how hard and fast they worked. I couldn't be happier!

The cleaning crew was great. Had the house looking spic & span.

It consisted of them sending two people and when they have two people, they stay for two hours. If it was one person, they would have stayed four hours. I bought an additional 30 minutes to finish up. They are outstanding. I will use them in the very near future.

They hit most of the spots. But, they didn't clean the top of the fridge off and they just missed a couple of obvious spots. I just used them that one time. They were actually early to the appointment. They showed up 15 minutes early. It stayed at $99.

It went great. Ladies arrived on time, cleaned what I had asked. I was selling the house so it was to make it nice and presentable.

It has gone good so far. I bought a $99 big deal for this service. Everything has been great.

They were suppose to do the bathroom, and I feel they did not have the right supplies. I advised them that the bathroom was not completed right and they offered 5 dollars off. Declined, just wanted them to come finish what I paid for.

The crew of two was on time and presentable, and were out in two hours. They did a hotel-room quality cleaning, nothing special, and not to the same standard we have done ourselves.

Great job, listened to all of my instructions and did a very thorough cleaning. Most time spent on cabinets, drawers, and ceiling fans. The customer service was great and the place looked pristine when finished.

I purchased a Big Deal from Angie's List for this provider to have cleaning services performed. The provider contacted me 48 hours later and told me she would contact me again when she scheduled her cleaning crew to come out. She contacted me 48 hours after the first contact to tell me when her cleaners were available. I cancelled the Big Deal because I felt 4 days was too long to wait to just schedule an appointment. I called another recommended cleaning service and the owner told me immediately when his cleaners could come out and do the work.

Cleaners were very professional and stayed exactly 3 hours. The house was spotless! They did better than any other house cleaners I have ever had.

Workers did a very good job.

I bought some expensive glass Enduro Shield treatment as recommended by Popular Mechanics magazine to be applied to my mirrors and glass. The glass was supposed to be cleaned and prepped with a spray first. With no cleaning or prep: She sprayed over dirty mirrors with spots from brushing my teeth, fingerprints and dirt. Now I have a 3 year shield that has to be removed. I also let them use my steam mop for the floor; they were using it with no water in the tank (after it ran out). They didn't vacuum my rugs in my (3) bedrooms or living room. Didn't clean any of my 4 1/2 baths. Didn't clean my kitchen very well at all and skipped things like the ovens. Spots were sprayed and not rubbed out; still stainless steel spray on the fridge. I talked to the supervisor who sent 2 girls to clean for 15 minutes because they thought that was fair. There was no follow up after the 2 girls reported back to their company.

Asked the two cleaners if they could do the baseboards and blinds since they did not have to do any of the floor areas. It may have not been included in the Big Deal, but dont tell me you will do it and dont I wouldve paid for the extra time if needed. All in all it was an okay job.

They were lousy. They were just bad.

Scheduled service was perfomed on date requested. Cleaners were prompt, very efficient, friendly and professional. They completed the work within the allotted time.

The tenant had to call them again. We were unhappy with work they did and they did come out. We won't be using them again.

They did an okay job, nothing spectacular. They were right on time. I should've checked more closely before they left but I didn't. They washed the windows okay but they didn't wipe the window seals down at all. All the dirty water that washed out the windows was sitting at the bottom of the ledge so I had to go back and clean because they had already left. There was nothing I could do about it. When we have our windows cleaned, the price includes all the windows inside out and all the window screens. Theirs didn't include the window screens and they didn't say that. When they asked us if we were going to wash the screens and stated that their price for it was $5 per screen. We decided not to have them wash the window screens. I wouldn't recommend them. That was the only service that I did with them even though he gave me a card of other things that they do. They were not very thorough. They charged me way than they should have. They didn't clean our ice block windows either because they said they don't clean those but then later agreed when I asked to at least wipe them. Everything I told him to do, he either wanted to charge me to do it or didn't want to do it. He was a nice guy but it wasn't a great job. There were three guys on the job. I think one of them was training because he had to redo one or two windows. The person who was training him was inside of the house and I think he should have been outside to supervise him better. All the unwiped window seals were on the outside where the man training was.

I actually was not happy with it. They did a horrible job. I was pregnant and I wanted them to clean the house very well befre I brought the baby home. They wanted to clean early. It was the day before the appointment and so a family member was here while they cleaned. They literally left dirt everywhere. They didn't clean corners. They didn't clean at all very well. I had to come home from the hospital and still clean when that's not what I should have been doing to begin with. It was horrible. I called them and they never returned my call. Finally, 4 days later they returned the call but I was so busy with the newborn, I wasn't able to catch the call. It was too horrible. They didn't clean like they should have.

They arrived on time and were very pleasant. They seemed to work well as a team and from what I could see, worked their whole time here. I would, and have, recommended this Company to a friend and personally will be using them again.

did not clean behind toilet and bowl in 2 bathrooms. I did not see until after they left. one worker performed well but the second was very slow.

They arrived at the house we were moving out of right on time, they were instructed on what they were to do, and which areas to pay extra attention to. I felt that they did a very good job and appreciated their punctuality. They also provided a "move in" cleaning at our new home. The house was already very clean, but they were thorough however they were not there for the full four hours I paid for. I am taking into consideration that the house was not very dirty and that the price was very fair.

We purchased the special of 4hrs of cleaning for $99 which worked out to be 2 ladies for 2 hrs. I was frustrated in the beginning because I purchased the coupon on 06/01/15, All In Cleaning sent me an Angie's List message on 06/02/15 asking to confirm my address and contact number which I did the same day, and then I didn't hear anything further regarding scheduling an appointment. My wife telephoned their office on 06/04/15 to inquire about setting up the appointment and was told that the manager was working on the schedule and we would be contacted. By 06/07/15, I still hadn't heard anything, so I sent All In Cleaning a message through Angie's List that if I could not get a cleaning scheduled, I would be seeking a refund for a coupon that it didn't appear I was going to be able to utilize. On 06/08/15, my wife received a phone call from All In Cleaning apologizing for not scheduling sooner, and an appointment was set up for 06/13/15 at 8:00 am. 06/13/15, 8:00 am came and went and at 8:20 a.m. my wife called All In Cleaning and left a voicemail that no one had shown up. We were on our way to breakfast, when the ladies hurriedly pulled up and apologized for being late, as they had gotten lost. Leticia and Nelli were our cleaning ladies and exceeded all of our expectations. They were very attentive to detail, thorough, and professional, and did stay the entire 2 hours in spite of being late. I would use All In Cleaning again, provided the scheduling was more efficient and that Leticia and Nelli were available.
