Description of Work: Dymanic is a designated replumbing firm dealing with the KITEC Plumbing problems in Las Vegas. KITEC connections in plumbing systems are known to corrode and fail because of the acidity levels in Las Vegas Valley water leading to burst pipes. The purpose of this visit was to confirm whether our house had been constructed with KITEC or the other, problem-free material also used in homes in the area. Fortunately, our home did not require the complete replumbing needed if KITEC were present so this visit was limited to that inspection and resulted in no charge for it or for the drywall repair needed for the hole opened in the wall for the inspection. The plumber was prompt and very professional. He explained the problem very clearly and pointed out in detail the difference between KITEC and non-KITEC systems.

Description of Work: In February we purchased a rental home. Home was in need of some maintenance. We got Dynamic Plumbing out of the telephone book, called them and they came out gave us a written estimate. Estimate was $306.00. We agreed and they were scheduled for that weekend. Services Performed: DRAINED AND REMOVED WATER HEATER. INSTALLED WATER FLEX (2) INSTALLED WATER HEATER PAN. REINSTALLED WATER HEATER. CHECKED FOR LEAKS JOB DONE $306.00

Description of Work: replaced Kitec plumbing throughout whole home. On time, professional, cleaned up each day....wonderful crew! Also hired them for work besides the Kitec repair,while our walls were open and plumbing exposed, and am so happy with all they did....new water softener, sink and faucet install, insinkerator installation.....can't say enough in praise of them.....Joel was the best......setting up the work schedule, etc. The final bill was so much less than we expected on the work we requested while Kitec wasbeing replaced. What a pleasant experience they made out of such a big job!

Description of Work: Anyone living is the Las Vegas Valley soon discovers there are many problems associated with the water available here. It is very mineralized, and wreaks havok with metal plumbing. In the Sun City Anthem area, the fittings used are Kitec. These have a high zinc content and corrode quite badly. What this means is that you will have plumbing problems, at some point in time. If the problem is not fully addressed initially, you will have it revisiting you at a later date. The only recourse is what is referred to as a "repipe". Our initial problem was a split in a line under the slab. We had numerous (approximately 5) separate plumbing contractors advising us they would not do any work unless we agreed to a complete repipe job. At the time, based on some of the horror stories we'd heard about how some of these "repipes" had gone somewhat poorly, we did not wish to go this route. Additionally, quotes were (we thought) on the high side, ranging from $7,800 to possibly as much as $12,000! Finally, we were referred to Dynamic Plumbing. They agreed they could repair just the leak itself, and they did. That repair was $300.00. They were very professional and thorough and completed the work in less than a day's time. Great job! However, as we were advised, more water problems would arise (and would continue) unless and until we got repiped. We decided we had to bite the bullet on the repipe after a second under slab leak showed up. Dynamic Plumbing gave us a bid slightly under $5,000, and based on their previous professionalism, we went with them on this job. We were glad we did as they, and their sub-contractors (drywall and paint) did an all-around excellent job. We highly recommend them to anyone needing any plumbing work done!
