Description of Work: My normally quiet gas dryer was making an unusual noise. Khris took it apart and quickly diagnosed the problem as worn out rollers Iwhich I visually inspected). He left to purchase the needed parts--indicated he would be back in about an hour--returned in about 40 minutes. Not only did he repace the worn parts; he vacuumed the unit inside and out - even allowed me to postdate my check. Not only will I use the company again, I will recommend them to all my friends.

+ -1 moreOkay where to start. I called these guys as a referral from My moms property managment company. My refriegrator was not blowing cold anymore, they came in and fixed the problem after a whopping $255.00. I get a call from my moms receptionist saying that I never paid the additional $200.00 since $55.00 was due up front. So I had to go through my records and get a copy of the check that Keith Endorsed and fax it over to him because he was accusing me and my moms company not paying the bill. So time was wasted there because they are unorganised. Well, I began to notice a month later my refrigerator was blowing too cold that it was freezing my food. So every month I would lower the themastat more and more until it was down to 1. I Called him to rectify this since whatever his tech did made it too cold and he said I would have to provide him with a reciept to show date of service to see if the work is still under warranty. At this point I lossed it...does this company not keep records of work they completed? I told him I dont care if I have to pay a service charge but I shouldnt have to pay for any repair work and send someone out asap. He then said "well I dont want to do work for you anyway". Keith is UNORGANIZED, RUDE, and I will never deal with this company again. I did say some things I should'nt of said to him but I was livid....this company does not deserve to be in business. I will say that Appliance Repair Experts were friendly and willing to come out and help me with my problem for a FRACTION of the cost Keith was charging.
