Jay was the technician who responded. He was knowledgeable and pointed out an additional issue with the door and offered a fair price to fix it. He was transparent in everything he did and at no time did I feel like I was being upsold or BSâ d. The repair was done timely and well. I only called because I needed the spring fixed and their price, including the extra parts and labor for the additional issue, was still better than what A1 Garage quoted me just for the spring. Plus I could have gotten it done same day if I wanted to. I would highly recommend this company, and specifically Jay as the technician.

Mark called within minutes after I completed the info on the Angi app at 9pm on Thanksgiving. He was able to schedule for the next morning. Jay arrived on time and was able to replace the springs and cables within an hour and a half. Jay was super nice and knowledgeable. The garage door works great.

All Garage Door Pros had a tech very close just leaving another job and they were here within about 15 minutes of us making contact with them. Jay was the Tech and he was fast, efficient, and friendly. Did a great job of explaining what he was doing. We opted for some new cables as well, since the ones on the door were frayed, but there was no pressure selling involved. I would recommend them to anyone needing a garage door or garage door repair.
