Worst company ever. My dryer stopped working and they sent this company. The tech that came inspected the dryer and took parts to later order and fix it. This company later says the tech wrote that my dryer is located outside in the sun so they would no longer fix it. My washer and dryer unit are located indoors in the laundry room. So now I am left with no dryer. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not sure how they are in business.
Description of Work: Did not fix my dryer.

I feel like this has been a long, drawn out prank. This is the very worst customer service experience I have ever received. We purchased a brand new Maytag washer in December. 3 months later, it wasn’t working. We called Maytag/whirlpool as it’s still covered under warrant. They sent out this poor excuse for a company to fix the issue. First, I was scheduled for a Saturday and received a rather rude call letting me know that they aren’t open on Saturday and I would have to wait until the following Tuesday. Not a big deal. On Tuesday, the tech arrived and inspected the unit. He said he needed to order parts and they should be in within 2-5 business days and they would call to schedule another appointment once they received them. Weeks went by with nothing. I would call and they would say “we aren’t sure when the parts will be here, but we will let you know”. Then, on a Friday evening, the parts were dropped off on my doorstep. I called the office, but they were closed for the weekend. On the following Monday, I called and told them that I had the parts. The rep told me that I needed to send her the part numbers before she would schedule a tech. I sent them. Hours later, she called back and scheduled the tech for Thursday. I asked if there was anything sooner and she said “nope”. Thursday, the tech arrived and took the parts into the laundry room. He did some banging around and came back out. He started packing up his tools and said “I need more parts”. At this point, I didn’t even know what to say. I asked him why they weren’t ordered on the first visit and he said “I don’t know. I told them what I needed. I don’t know why they didn’t order all the parts on my list. I’ll make sure they put in an emergency order for this one“. The next morning, I decided I would call to confirm that the parts were ordered. The rep told me that their tech was lying to make himself look good and never ordered the parts the first time. She said she could show me the order form to prove it.… Whatever. I don’t care who’s at fault. I just want it fixed. Fast forward two more weeks, I just called again and asked if my parts were in. “No sir, we will let you know.“ I asked when they were ordered. “My system doesn’t show that, sir.” I asked when they will be here. “My system doesn’t show an eta, sir. Is there anything else I can do for you?” ……… I guess not. It’s been over 2 months and I have no idea if my 3 month old (5 months if you count down time) washer will ever work again. Maytag/Whirlpool have been equally as useless and frustrating , but that’s for another long-winded review. To sum up a very long story… Avoid this company like the plague.

This company is ridiculous and shouldn't be in business. I own several rental homes and I work for a real estate brokerage that manages many rental homes that we regularly work with all types of vendors and repair companies. We have been forced to use All Desert Appliances through Whirlpools appliance repair warranty program. The customer service center here is rude, will not call you when you give lockbox access to get into your vacant homes or confirm the jobs have been done, or give any communication at all without making complaints to a manager to even know if they came to do the repairs. They were scheduled to repair a cooktop for a rental of mine that is vacant and refused to call me when the job was supposed to be complete to let me know if the home was locked up or if they needed to come back to the property again. They don't need to give me the technicians phone # to do this but it is common courtesy to call a client/owner/property manager to alert them about the status of the job. If my home, or a clients home is vacant with expensive appliances, we are entrusting our vendors to communicate with us when jobs are done for liability purposes. After many days of being worried and calling for updates, I find out the repair was not completed as they needed to order parts after I made many follow up phone calls. When I went in person to the home that I gave them lockbox access for, they left all the cabinet doors open, and lights on in the home so anyone outside could see in through the windows... I was forced to make a 2nd appointment for them to come back to fix. Once again, I gave them lockbox access and only asked they have the call center call me when the job is done so I know it was finished. I got no calls yet again and when I called back, they never even came to the home for the appointment without telling me. A complete no show! They had a terrible attitude despite they did not come. They claimed they called me but I have no missed calls or voicemails... They were argumentative that they decided not to come without giving me any notice as they were not happy I was requesting a phone call confirming the house was locked or the job was finished.... They said they no longer want to allow to give lockbox access if we require a courtesy phone call when the job is done or for updates... They didn't even call to let me know they changed their mind to make the repair and finish the service request. This is the most absurd and unprofessional appliance company that I'm shocked Whirlpool uses as it is a terrible reflection on their brand that they are using these types of vendors. I'm reporting them to Whirlpool along with all available sources for this type of negligent business. These companies need to have some compassion and care for the clients they're working with who entrust their workers into our homes. I've left messages for their managers to call me with no call backs at the moment.

My washer was not working the agitator was grinding and shaking. They came out twice and diagnosis was "Makes loud noise" no repair needed. They would not honor the warranty and said loud noise was not covered. My washer was 11 years old. I had to have another company come out and their estimate was it needed a new transmission, labor and materials would cost over 800.00$ and it was not worth fixing. All Desert Appliances are dishonest and turned in their report to my home warranty. I had to fight for over 30 days. Ended up having to go out and buy a new washer. Because of this company my home warranty company First American would not honor the repair or the replacement that they should have covered. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY they are thieves with a business licence.!!!! Run......

The team came and evaluated what was wrong with the microwave. They ordered the part and when it came in they returned to install it. The microwave works perfectly and I'm so pleased.

Do Not USE them. They often don't fix on first visit. First visit is for "assessment". They don't have a warehouse of parts. Technician says he'll call back, will likely be back same day, but you then get automated call with a scheduled appt for next day when you have no way of being home next day. Reviews: Look at them. If it's bad going in, it truly only get's worse. and it did. One appt was for afternoon, called 10AM said technician can be there in 15 minutes, and said cannot come at set appt 1pm to 4pm. Bad management, bad front desk, and from countless reviews: Bad technicians. Look elsewhere.
Description of Work: Did not come when appt was stated, due to their convenience. Cannot fix on first visit, they don't have warehouse, not able to use universal parts, not skilled. They do 2 appts. and can not even make the first appt.
