All Around Heating & Cooling

Description of Work: This was a "Big Deal" which I took advantage of. Luis set an appointment for Saturday, since I work full time, which I thought was very nice of him. He was very professional. He went right to work testing the A/C, which has a very noisy condenser. I asked him if that was something that could be fixed; he was very honest. I told him it had always been like that, not something that had just started. He said that it was running perfectly, the freon level was good, and there was nothing to repair. Basically, he advised me that since it was doing a good job, except for the noise, that I should just do the regular maintenence until it broke down. He gave me an estimate of what it would cost to replace it, which was much more reasonable, by several thousand dollars, than any another A/C company had quoted. I decided to follow his advice. He checked everything out, answered all my questions, very quickly, thanked me for calling him and we were both on our way, Since he is also into consruction, I had a couple of questions concerning dry wall projects which he asnwered to my satisfaction. I was very pleased with him and with his work. I have added him to my list of reliable help.

Description of Work: Estimate of bathroom remodel. The estimate was more than I expected, but the person who came did have ample knowledge and did come up with some great ideas. Not sure I will do it since it was more than I expected, but I only used him for estimate of remodel.

Description of Work: Bought a Angies List Special Offer for check up for $ 49.00. Ended up getting a new motor and coolant added.

Description of Work: Hooked up a hose & drained hot water tank, peaked under 1 kitchen sink & 3 bathroom sinks with flashlight, walked around the house and left (approximty time spent - 15 minutes)

Description of Work: Check up and replacement of parts ( I just bought the house, the AC's are 10 yrs old. Luis did a great job, for a fair price. we will use him for more jobs around the house.

Description of Work: Louis replaced the fan motor a couple of capacitors and a new digital thermostat. He showed me the problem explaining in detail. He made the repairs in minimum time and answered all my questions. He was polite and professional. I have already recommended him to a neighbor and will continue to recommend him. This man and his service is exempliary. I feel fortunate to have found him.
