LUIS QUICKLY FOUND THE PROBLEM, GAVE US AN HONEST ESTIMATE AND FIXED THE PROBLEM. IVE HAD ISSUES IN THE PAST WITH HVAC REPS LYING ABOUT THE ISSUE TO JACK UIP THE PRICE. LUIS WAS HONEST AND HELPFUL. HE EVEN ADDED IN A 10% MILITARY DISCOUNT! I WILL USE THIS SERVICE EXCLUSIVELY FROM NOW ON

Well where do I start, I have been living in Las Vegas for 17 years and have had many interactions with many people from landscapers to plumbers and anything in between. From no-shows to scam artists and incompetent and unqualified repairmen. Then there is Luis a true professional my wife just had our son two weeks ago. When I informed Luis about not having any heat in the house he informed me he would be at my house ASAP. So what seemed to be like only ten minutes Luis Jones arrived at my home. Luis then said that it was a simple fix and was just an old wire and that there would be "NO CHARGE". After several unsuccessful attempts to throw my money at him, I gave up. But you know who my heating and cooling repairman is from this day forward.

LUIS JONES checked the heat pump unit. it turned out to be a very very minor adjustment. HIS ADVICE WAS IF NOTHING IS WRONG DON'T EVEN TOUCH IT. A very honest opinion from a honest repair guy. ON TOP OF IT I WAS NOT CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE CALL. DEFINITELY LUIS JONES IS MY GO TO GUY WHEN IT COMES TO HEATING AND COOLING IN LAS VEGAS.

Mr. Jones explained what was wrong with my unit and fixed it in less than 45 minutes.

Excellent! Mr. Jones identified the problem and explained it in terms I could understand. Then proceeded to get the parts and fixed the problem. He was prompt and very professional! I will be calling him in the spring to check our my AC unit. I will high;y recommend him to my friends and family! His prices were very reasonable and competitive.

He came on time. Looked at the air conditioner and said that it was running backwards. He looked in through the tape at the condenser and said that it was bad as well. It was early June and really hot. He gave us a price for a 4 ton air conditioner. He quoted $6800.00 and suggested that we get it done right away because of the law of supply and demand. The hotter it gets the higher the price goes. He changed the thermostat and put in a capacitor and charged us over $200.00 dollars. We decided to get a second opinion on another company that was recommended by a relative. He came and told us a few things. First he said we paid too much for the thermostat. Then he said that there was nothing wrong with the condenser. He took it out and cleaned it. He did tell us we need a new air conditioning unit but quoted us almost half off the price for a 5 ton because our house had a 5 ton condenser. I ended up paying $3800 instead of the $6800. Wish I had called the second company first.

Explained we needed 7 lbs. of freon. Air conditioner is working great, can really tell the difference.

I got a coupon off of Angie's List.

It was expensive. I think I got scammed. I had heard on the radio about this guy that would come out and check everything. I let him come and check me out. He wanted a $12000 to replace the units and the furnace and everything. This thing on the air conditioner was not working so I called that guy. He said you don't have any coolant so he had to put a bunch of coolant in it. He replaced the coolant and everything worked fine after that. He said that the coolant was really really expensive. It was $85 X 5 times. He has been fine just as far as I could see.

Luis provided world class service. He was straight and to the point on the phone, but that's understandable given how busy he must be. He was punctual, he was unbelievably quick with the work. Best part of it all, someone else quoted us $3800, he originally quoted $3400, and it all came out to be just $2740. I'm going to recommend him to everyone who needs HVAC services, so important to have someone you can trust in this area, especially in Las Vegas!

I don't know...The owner of the business (Luis) flew in and out. Said he added a pound of Freon. I've never seen anyone add Freon especially a pound + in the amount of time he did. When I asked him how he did it so quickly he gave me some flip answer, that other companies like to do a dog and pony show (or something to that effect)...

The installation went very quickly. Luis and his crews quickly responded to any of my concerns during the installation. This is great. The new air condition units are working very well.

The Technician, Louis, told me I had a leak and needed a lot of extra Free-on liquid...the cost would be an added $425.00. Since the temperature has been 112 degrees or more, I was at a loss as to what to do. I then decided to go ahead and have him repair and add this liquid. Less than five (5) minutes later, he rang my doorbell and stated the job was done. I stated that this was rather quick, and he answered with some silly reply. I felt very uneasy and violated, but paid him as I could not prove fraud. I would NEVER use him again or would I recommend him to anyone.
