+ -1 moreAAPS (All American Pool Service) had a special listed for 1 year of service for $899.00. I ordered the service. Shortly thereafter received an email from John informing me that he would not honor the coupon because the size of my pool. He told me based on the size of my pool the annual service would be $2,100 annually. Thats more than double the coupon price. For the record, I do not have an olympics size pool. The offer does not exclude or even mention the size of the pool this coupon is valid for. Maybe the $899 offer is good for the blow-up pools that you buy from Walmart for your kids, because for a medium size adult pool, it was not valid. I wish businesses would just honor their coupon and keep their integrity. If you cannot afford to do what you offer, then don't say that you can. Or don't give me one price over the phone/internet and when you get to my house you try to take me to the cleaners.

+ -1 moreIt was wonderful. Scheduling was very easy. He came out and took a look at everything. He is a good man and comes every Friday like clockwork. If he goes on vacation, he mails us a note well in advance, which I appreciate. Everyone was wonderful.

Description of Work: John is a very qualified and pleasant person who has been cleaning our pool for over 6 years. He cleans our pool once a week and balances the PH with chemicals, and maintains our pool filters (for added fee) when needed. Our dogs love him! I would recommend him to anyone who are in need of someone to take tender loving care of their pool.

+ -1 moreIt went and always has gone swimmingly! He is punctual, reliable, and pleasant and honest. We trust him implicitly around our home. I wouldn't use anyone else to care for our pool. PS - our dogs love him too!
Description of Work: John has been cleaning our pool for over 6 years. He cleans, balances the chemicals (he provides) brushes down the pool and empties the basket and periodically cleans the filters (for an extra fee).
