They were very punctual and efficient. They even repaired two small leaks in the tubing. They set up my sprinkler system because it was set wrong.

Fernando promptly contacted me to set up a time to do an initial inspect. He was very helpful in determining how much product was actually needed for the job and identifying the color of our existing rock. His crew showed up right on time and prepared the area first prior to the rock arriving. Once the rock arrived they went right to work. Fernando came by as they were finishing to inspect and make sure we were satisfied with the job. All in all, very very pleased with ALCO and would absolutely recommend them to the neighbors.

They were on time and did the job. I would hire them again.

It was hard to get in touch with them. Not only that, when he did come out, he was supposed to give a drawing, but it never happened.

Besides the initial communication after ordering the tune-up, it was fine. My only complaint was that I had to call them to follow up with the order. They did had overlooked it on their end or some kind of ball was dropped. Otherwise they were very willing to work with my schedule. He even showed up in the middle of pouring rain. The parts from sprinkler head was found just thrown on the ground which I thought was unprofessional leaving trash but all in all not bad.

No show on the day of the scheduled appointment. They made it difficult to find a time that they could 'fit' me in.

Great. Met with Mr, Alco, set up a date. Crew arrived on time. Mr. Alco came to make certain job was done well. Very pleased. We've already planned a return visit in the spring.

It took a little while, we had to reschedule a couple of times. He had like other jobs. At least like 2 reschedules.

The evaluation received was not worth the time or effort. I could have done it myself. The design drawing was not accurate as to the house layout on the property. Ended up drawing the layout myself.

They did a great job. They had very excellent customer service, they were here on time. They helped me with the timer on my sprinkler system. I was very pleased.

Made initial order and added additional. They had a little problem on the delivery, corrected immediately, handled professionally.

Went badly. I cancelled the service request.

10 Oct 2016: Purchased Angie's list offer from Alco. 11 Oct 2016: Alco called and set up an appointment for 17 October to see what needed to be done. 17 Oct 2016: Fernando came. We explained what needed to be done and chose the gravel color. 31 Oct 2016: Workers came and spread the gravel as requested. Projected completed.

I was somewhat disappointed in it. It wasn't very good. It wasn't a lot of effort put into it. They did come out and try to give me estimates on doing the project. I didn't end up using them. It was hard to get a hold of them.

It never materialized. I didn't like that he didn't follow through with what he was going to do. They had a price that was $10 cheaper after that.

Alco showed up, listened to what we wanted, but did not produce the detailed breakdown itemized request as asked.

Ridiculously high quote. Written on scratch paper. Barely legible. Not inclusive. Vague. Unprofessional

They have my money. I can't even get a call to schedule an appointment from them. Ripped off!

Gabriel did a fine job and we contracted for more time for him to do miscellaneous yard work.

He saw that my unit wasn't working, tested the outlet and said the unit was shot. He called someone and they said it would cost 250. I passed on it since I only Have 2 small palms and 5 other bushes/plants to water. He replaced one sprinkler head. It wasn't till the next day when I manually turned on the system that I noticed 2 other sprinkler heads weren't working. I just felt he wasn't interested about being there in the first place so I didn't bother to call back.
