They just dumped anywhere. I have to move almost all of the rock they put down. I was here the entire time, but they were working in a place I could not see. I went out 3 times and asked them if they had any questions. They always said no. Now 1/2 of the shrub drip system is torn. A large area of rock was just dumped on the grass and there was a large area on the end of where they put rock that needed rock. It was just a disaster. No communications

Our grass looked like h***, so I'm like it's only $25 or $30, so I told my husband and he's like just get it and we'll see what they have to say. So we had them come out and they did a really decent job. Our grass has been greening up and the dead spots are going away because they fixed what another company messed up. Considering we just had our landscaping redone, there is no reason that we should of had to hire another person to come out and do that. It's completely ridiculous. It's like really come on. The other company was going to charge us $50 to $60 to come out when it's half the price through Angie's List deal for the person to come out. They were going to charge us extra for any materials they had to use. Everything was included. I was like "What else to I have to pay you, because you had to replace the sprinkler heads?" He was like "Oh no, it's all included." I'm like seriously, I was completely shocked because the other company nickle and dimed us for everything and this place is completely on the ball. It's just so disappointing that we even dealt with this other company in the first place and this place comes in and there is absolutely no hassle. They come and they show up. The only problem was it that we live in like a certain builders neighborhood and we live in a double lot. Our house looks like it's on a different street. They had to call my phone. They were like "We're not sure where your house is." I had to tell him. That was the only problem but it's completely understandable because it's insane if you know anything about these houses, they like to make it like anonymous if you have a double lot. They like to make it look like it's on a separate street which is just pretentious and annoying. It's not really a problem. It's the builders fault. They were perfectly professional, they were fine, they showed up on time, they were very courteous, and the guy did a really good job. He listened to every concern I had about my grass and he was like "Don't worry about the grass, I don't think it's completely dead yet." He told me exactly what to do to save it and that it's functioning correctly. They did a really good job and I think we would of been in a world of hurt have we not had them come out. They were half the price of the other company and we were still under warranty and they tried to get it out of us. So the only reason the other company did it was because I said if you don't come out to our house and honor this warranty, I am going to blast you all over the internet with photos and everything else. It's the only reason they agreed to come out to the house in the first place. It's ridiculous. It's night and day. It's like dealing with the devil with the other company and this place is like thank goodness your not anything like them. They are really good. He showed me what was wrong with the other sprinkler heads. He showed me what he replaced and what he fixed. The funny thing is that my boy who is in the 6th grade came home is asked why the sprinklers were moved and he even noticed that they are all completely moved and I was like apparently that first company didn't do a good enough job. He was like "Hmm, I like the new positioning.". They were very responsive, they did a good job, they did everything they was supposed to do, and I have no problems. I would !00% use them again in the future. They were there a little early. I have no problem with it. It was good. I have no issues with them what so ever.

Fernando of Alco came over to our house, after asking a few questions on what we want with our backyard Fernando noted them down in his paper and took the measurement of the whole area for the landscape to be done. He said he will send us his estimate in 3-4 days but i haven't heard anything for the last 7 days. On June 14 the 8th day after he came to the house i called Alco Landscaping and talk to a woman representative i told her i want to talk to the owner and she mentioned that the owner was not here, so when i mention that Fernando came to the house the woman said that he is one of the owners. So that same morning Fernando called back and i spoke to him and ask him why after this time i haven't receive your plan, you said that it will be 3-4 days and now this is already the 8th day and i haven't hear anything from you, he reason out that he has been busy then he also said that i will send you the plan this afternoon. Until now this is the 9th day i still haven't hear anything from him at all.

Identified a leak and scheduled a repair. Again, arrived on time and completed work quickly. Would definitely recommend this company.

Very well. They did the tune-up, found and fixed several leaks, and adjusted the sprinklers, as well as removing some old line that I didn't use any more. Very satisfactory, pleasant and professional. I would hire them again.

Installation got rescheduled 4 times. There was a really bad communication experience. Employee who installed the paver patio was very polite and did a clean job. Only complaint about the work is that I wish they would have taken away the extra gravel. Pricing was fantastic from other quotes my wife and I had received. But the lack of communication and rescheduling the installation 4 times was extremely frustrating which lead to my C grade. To top it off they overcharged me $100 which I have to wait for a refund check.

Wonderful! The worker was very skilled, dedicated and careful. It turned out GREAT. I had over the 100 square feet in the original offering and gladly paid for the extra coverage.

They never contact me , never showed up, until now that I have found out that your company Angie's list asked me about it , the work never was done , I want my refund.

They found a problem in one area, fixed it at no additional charge was they were done in 30 minutes. i was very pleased.

went great. no real issues. didn't arrive at agreed upon time. I called and couldn't get an answer, so I waited. showed up about an hour late. wasn't a big issue for me. I'm using them again for some rock placement in my front yard.

I called and and spoke to him. He apologized for not answering the phone. We then set up an appointment for this past Tuesday and he never showed nor called.

I received a phone call within 24 hours to schedule an assessment for the job so they could measure the area and confirm that I understood the river rock would have an additional charge. I also required additional river rock to cover the area. No problem. I knew the deal would not cover the whole area. On the day of installation, the nursery delivered my 7 tons of river rock and the workers installed it in less than 4 hours. They leveled some uneven areas and ensured that all of my drip irrigation remained above the rocks. The original deal was $299. I paid an additional $500 to expand the service. The workers also cut and replaced a paver stone that was missing from my yard for over a year- much appreciated. They also cleaned up the yard and made it look beautiful.

Did a great job. Efficient, easy to work with, cleared up some issues.

The appointment was scheduled for 11.00 am Wednesday, April 5, 2017. After 12.30 pm he was a no show, so I called and was told he was running late, but he would come. When he showed I told him what I needed checked, and also asked him to give me an estimate for a permanent service for my lawn, which has no grass, only a desert landscape. I needed someone every 3 months to trim a few small bushes and remove weeds. He told me $286.00 and I almost lost it, as in the past I never paid more than one hundred and twenty dollars for this small service of a small property. I guess he thought I was senile or stupid, and when I told him that was highway robbery, he said his boss told him to ask for this amount. I am so disappointed with the quality of businesses Angie's List is associated with, I will not renew my membership next year if this continues.

The project went well and was completed in a couple of hours. Did an excellent clean up job too.

Once the project was scheduled it went fine, but took over a month from start (payment) to finish.

The men that were here were great. they did a fantastic job. they also did little things like moving my extra concrete wall blocks to the side of the house. the finished product is great. I will hire them again for more work
