Description of Work: Trimmed Hedges, Palms, Cypresses and weeded front & backyards. Used blower in front yard.

Description of Work: After purchasing the deal, it took 3 weeks to even be contacted, even after several attempts. I know it is a busy time of year, but I expect a call back within a reasonable amount of time to at least indicate as much. Also, the owner scheduled an advance appointment to go over the job. When the day of work arrived, his head man had none of the information we had discussed so I had to go through it all again with him. Then he left, and I had to go through it again with the guy who was actually performing the work. So three times I had to explain what I wanted and in what order. The work was done somewhat out of order so one of my priority tasks did not get completed. They were nice and tried to deliver but this was quite frustrating.

Description of Work: They trimmed the bushes on the side of my house and blew the leaves in the backyard.

Description of Work: Yard looks great! Performed general clean up, weeding, bush trimming etc. It took longer than expected to get the service performed, well after the dates I selected. Overall happy with the work and would use again.

Description of Work: Work was very good. He scheduled for Friday then called and rescheduled for the following monday. He was to do everything in one day. He did the work on Monday however he did the haul away on Wednesday.

Description of Work: NEW STORY THEY DID TRY TO INITIALLY GET OUT OF THE DEAL HOWEVER DECIDED TO GO THROUGH WITH IT AND HONOR IT AFTER I COMPLAINED! THEY WERE AWESOME. CHANGED THE TIME ON ME BUT THATS OK! DID THE RIGHT THING AND I WOULD DEFINATELY USE THEM AGAIN! I WORKED WITH THEM THE WHOLE TIME! THEY KNOW WHATS GOING ON IN THE FIELD OF LANDSCAPING! IM GLAD I COULD CHANGE THIS NASTY REPORT WHEN I THOUGHT THEY MIGHT NOT GO THROUGH WITH IT! JOB WELL DONE! A PLUS

Description of Work: He was professional and prompt, but didn't appear to listen to what I was looking for. I have a VERY small piece of land in back, not quite 12 x 13 and as it's overrun with weeds, I was looking for some low cost solutions. After a week he submitted a proposal for $4,500! I felt as if he didn't even listen to what I needed. So I didn't use him

Description of Work: My husband was so pleased with their work that he contracted with them for more. They were prompt, went right to work, the "boss" arrived to check things... they were great!

Description of Work: Flagstone installation on my front porch. Perfect in every way. I especially appreciated working directly with the owner, his willingness to show me various materials and suggest alternatives, as well as his flexibility and follow through. Couldn't be more pleased or more inclined to recommend whole-heatedly.
