Description of Work: Spread stones in yard/ 3tons. I had to pay a delivery charge on the stone which was not stated. I opted for an additional 3 ton. They ordered the stones too late for their delivery so they picked the stone up with 2 pickup trucks.I doubt a pickup can hull 3 ton of stone. They were not much help matching the stone color and went with something close that I had located at a nearby Star nursery. |They did not respond to my purchase so I had to contact them.... more than once.

Description of Work: I bought an Angie's List Big Deal for landscape plans. It said a designer would come to my property, discuss options, make suggestions, etc. And while somebody did come to my house, he was probably only here for 5 minutes. And the "plans" that were provided is a very rough sketch, almost a doodle. I'm just disappointed there wasn't that much provided, I feel like some companies offer more than this with their free estimates and I don't know why I paid for anything. Admittedly, I haven't followed through to ask why I didn't receive more because there is a chance we may move and won't be redoing our yard now anyway, but still I'm a little frustrated. I can't speak to the skill in actually doing the work, as we haven't gone down that path. And I'm not sure if I would use the provider in the future, there isn't a "Maybe?" option available.
