after making initial contact with member they took 2 weeks to schedule an appointment after giving an estimate. Great work, very easy to talk to, hard workers and gave great ideas on which pavers and stepping stones to use for project.

I am overall very happy with this company. The showed up before the scheduled appointments and the job was completed within 30 minutes.

It went horrible. I just told them to leave.

So so. I liked that they were prompt and did the things they should. The price was good. They showed up when they said they would.

I had difficulty finding an available date. When we finally agreed on a date, he claimed to have come on the day AFTER the date for the appointment. We had four house guests plus our two children, so someone was home on the appointment date and the date he supposedly came. Moreover, we have a large and very loud dog who would have made a lot of noise if anyone came into the back yard. with 6 people and a boisterous dog, it would be almost impossible to have done this inspection undetected. He supposedly checked my sprinkler system.and "found a leak" he would fix for an "additional $190". He never said where the leak was, discussed any of the sprinkler heads or anything else about the condition of the sprinklers. or the system He left no paperwork, business card or anything else indicating he was here. I've tried to contact him TWICE about rescheduling or at least to get some details about his inspection, but have gotten no response. From what I can tell, the work was never done and this is a SCAM.

Part of the deal was inspecting it but he did not bring any thing to repair but he came back the next day and repaired the one leak. He did not finish doing the inspection and I would never recommend him to anybody. He charged me another service charge to fix the leak.

At first, they didn't show up at all, and then I couldn't contact them. Then, they got back to me the following week. They lost my invoice. Then they finally showed up and did the job.

It started very well but when my neighbor wanted rock too, I said "I'll get some more rock because it didn't quite cover what we thought it would." When they brought it, they didn't divide the rock which they admit was a mistake. They had to guess out how much was mine and how much was his which is never a good thing especially when you tell your neighbor they do a good work.

Alco Landscaping was the only company to promptly respond to my request for estimate, and always readily available to communicate status, changes and issues as they arose. Fernando was very cooperative and easy to work with, the paver installers did an exception job. The deck, patio and walkway paver patterns were perfectly sequenced, level and final color/brick look was beyond my expectations. It was my pleasure to do business with Alco Landscaping.

First they didn’t call to make an appointment. Then Angie’s List had to step in and then a week later they called and we made an appointment for Friday. They told us they would probably be there in the morning; and they told us between 12-1 or they could come on Monday morning. I told them I wanted them there that day. Well, they never showed and they never called either. Then showed up this morning and the technician who came this morning had no recollection that he was supposed to come Friday.

I bought a deal for sprinkler evaluation and tune up. I called their office to make the appointment, i told the office person i worked until noon so it was set for 1230. At 930 am i received a call saying they were at my house and since gate was locked they left. I called him back telling him my appt was for 1230 and he needed to come back. He told me i was rude, i wasn't home and told me to get my money back. I told him that I specifically told the office i would not be home until 1230 and if he would have called me in the morning to tell me he was coming early I would've told him not too. After i said it was poor customer service he said he would be back at 1230. He arrived right at 1230 and did all that was included in the deal. The work that was done was good and he was professional while at the house. His phone professionalism was a F but since he made up for it while doing the job i will give a C.

I paid for a landscape evaluation and never heard a word from them.

To be fair I've offered a review and the first part of the work was done. As a finishing touch to my patio I asked Fernando to put in a Pavestone bench to complete the project which he said he could do. He failed to get back to me since the bulk of the job and the money was already banked. I come to Vegas from a different city and don't understand why companies in Vegas act so unprofessionally

Alco delivered, installed and clean up area. A good job was do by all. Area was left clean. However Alco charged an additional $50 for delivery of rock. Would not use them again since that $50 was not disclosed in the original deal.

They were a no-show. I called them 10 minutes after our appointment window expired, only to learn that they "lost my name" and had no record of our appointment. Further, the worker had left the area and could not/would not return to the area, so I was asked to reschedule for another day. I declined.

They were great. Arrived early, worked hard, worked with us to get what would be be best. Very polite and professional. Couldn't be happier.

Not able to schedule. They are unable to lock me into a date. It's the third time and they are giving me dates and then telling me that they can't keep a date that they're providing me with.

We had a quick response to the owner coming by our property to evaluate our current rocks; select the stone; and, discern the placement of the rocks. It did, however, require a secondary telephone call to remind them we were waiting for delivery. Delivery was scheduled and the two workers arrived; distributed rocks; and, cleaned up after themselves. The owner stopped by and talked with us about our level of satisfaction.

I was pretty happy with this company, except for one thing....they are saying the I need to pay $50 MORE for the DELIVERY of the gravel....that was not made clear on the "offer".... I am glad that it is done, but I did not expect to have to pay extra for that....I would probably use them again but I would check to see what additional costs are hidden in the "offer".

There was a little confusion about the timing. We got that straightened out and they did a great job on the yard. I would use them again.

Fernando contacted me right on schedule a few days after I clicked on his deal in Angie's List. He gave me a fair price which was approximately half the price of the other landscaper I had contacted who had such grandiose plans. I am a single mom and have to work on a budget and Alco Landscape worked with me. I told them that I was planning a party in two weeks and they scheduled the landscaping right away. The workers came as scheduled, worked hard and finished the job in one afternoon, and the morning of the next day. I can now gaze at my garden, go out and have coffee on my patio dining set and look at my lovely baby palo verde and plum trees and beautiful herbal planters. So much more peaceful and prettier than the empty backyard I once had!

They did a great job. removed old grass redone sprinklers laid the pavers in little over one day. 220sqft . It looks great would definitely recommend.

It went great. Couldn't ask for better quality of work. The workers showed up on time and performed a first class job. The company was always responsive, returning phone calls quickly. Good communication. I will definitely use them again!
