We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome! It turned out beautiful and we will definitely use Alco Landscaping to complete the rest of our yard. Fernando & his team were extremely professional throughout the process. When we had a question or concern, Fernando addressed it immediately and came up with a solution to meet our needs.

Yard clean up was performed to expectations.

After purchasing this deal, I was contacted by Fernando Arriaga from the company. He informed me that there would be an additional $50 fee for rock delivery. I immediately contacted Angie's List member support team to inform them of this extra fee that was not listed in the fine print. They confirmed that this was not included in the offer details/fine print. Seriously! The deal is for the rock AND installation. How can the rock be installed if it's not first delivered? After a week of member support trying to deal with Alco Landscape about this issue, I was informed that they were not backing down on this extra fee. So... I was offered, and accepted, a refund. This extra fee should have been noted in the fine print. If I had followed through with this service, who knows what other fees they would have tried to charge me.

Pagers were used Rio create an entrance from the sidewalk towards the house, which came out beautifully done. Grass was taken out in two areas and substituted with Mohave gold rock. The sprinkler system was modified to work with the new desert tolerant plants. We're very happy with the results The Ayer district helped pay for most of it through their water smart program initiative.

After some initial confusion about when they were supposed to show, they scheduled and showed up precisely on time. The owner supervised everything and was very courteous and responsive.

They were on vacation for a couple of weeks while I was trying to schedule the work. I had to leave three voicemails, had to contact Angie's List to intercede. They finally got in touch and apologized for the delay.

I contacted the provider and made appointment which didn't happened. I called for second time and the provider found some misunderstanding so this time everything was on time.

They've gone out of the weather lately. They just couldn't get to it. He came by himself. He complained that it was too far out from where he normally works and he left. He was there for about 20 minutes. He just turned the water on and turned the water off and left. He didn't check all the sprinkler heads or adjust them. He came a week after I ordered it. There were no additional charges. You should do what you're paid to do. You shouldn't complain about it being too far away from your normal working area because you're the one who took the job. It wasn't very bright. For what he did, it was way overpriced. He didn't do anything. He was not very professional.

Be very careful. They told me that they do not provide Debris Disposal which is included in the deal. Everything else is fine. I will advise you to speak with the service provider to make sure they service your area.

Arrived on time and installed 3 tons of decorative gravel to "renew" ten year old desert landscaping. Cleaned up afterward and front yard looks great.

It went fine. They were late a few time and we had to call but it was expected because I read the other reviews. We re-did the whole back ard and we love it. But of course the price was more than double the coupon. Also expected...

Alco said they would be at our house at 7 a.m, and they were at our house at 7 a.m. Very punctual. Gabriel and the worker took their time and did an excellent job. They took all the debris away. They remove the extra debris with the blower. Then they laid the rock down and washed it with the hose. We are going to use them again to replace the landscape we lost during the summer. My husband and I highly recommend them.

Came on time , did a good job to remove and replant the landscape .Replaced part of sprinkles system and finished everything on time. Afterward , the sprinkle system was disconnected and im not to familiar with it, so after i could not reach to the company , to come back and have a look at the sprinkles ,after 2 weeks my plants died and i had to hire another professionals to fix the problem. Very dissapointed.

Will NEVER attempt to use this provider. According to Angies List this provider serviced my area. After I had to call the provider to see when they would come to do the service they informed me that they do NOT provide service in my area. Shame on Angies List or Alco.

Everything went as expected.

I have drip system so when he got here looks at trees and bushes and says the are fine . He checks the timer and looks at one of my drips says they are working. I asked about checking and seeing if all of my system was working he informed me I had a drip system and the special was for sprinkler system.

they came out measured said they would get back to me with design 3 weeks later no response i called and left emails asking for a time frame to receive design and even said multiple times if they were behind just call and let me know - stay in communication - but zero response!!!!

Very professional and the job was as expected.

Was moving out and wanted my trees and bushes trimmed and yard cleaned up prior to renters moving in. Was told they couldn't do the trees but only bushes. The job they did was fine, but they left without asking me to inspect the work first to see if I was satisfied. I walked out when I heard no more activity and they were gone.

On both visits they were right on time! And the second time they just stayed until it was all done. Every time I would ask him (Alco) for just "one more thing" he was more than happy to do it. He was very, very accommodating and we wouldn't hesitate to use him in the future... Thank you Fernando

It took a lot of time to set up an appointment. I called several times. Then I got a hold of someone but they asked me to call them back tomorrow but I could not get an exact time. I called back the next day and set an appointment. There was no exact time given. We waited for the 3 hour gap and additional time and they still did not show. I was informed that they got lost and went to a different job. When he finally arrived he completely rushed the job.

Well, it was very quick and probably not as thorough as I would have liked but in general the service did exactly what I needed. ?The only downside was the length of time that it took to get the service scheduled, over a month, due to un-returned phone calls and a bit of forgetfulness/misplaced schedules on the provider's part. ?However, once a firm appt. was scheduled the service was performed quickly and accurately and to my satisfaction.

Would not use them again. Will not know if what they did actually fixed my sprinklers for awhile

Landscaper was at the house on time but did absolutely nothing with the sprinklers except look at the valves. He did not check the clock to make sure that the plants were receiving the right amount of water, he did not check to see if any of the equipment needed to be repaired or replaced, and he was busy in his truck talking on his phone and writing up an estimate for $2500 to clean up my backyard which has desert landscaping and would take less then a day for 2 people to clean. The gentleman that was there was not even dressed like he spent any time outside let alone does any landscaping. $39 for a "Comprehensive Sprinkler Tune-Up? What a ripoff. Not only would I never use this company, but I want to cancel my subscription to Angie's List if this is the quality of companies they promote.

All work performed promptly, thoroughly and as agreed upon in scope, schedule and price. Quality of work exceeded expectations. Very nice people to work with and wouild use them again without hesitation.
