Wonderfully. Robert did a fantastic job and took pictures of my units and answered all my questions. Took his time with me when I asked about my ac units. He was very professional and courteous. Will definitely use again in the spring to clean and service my ac units. The office staff is wonderful as well. Very nice and were able to accommodate my timeframe.

Very well. I have a very old unit, and the technician recommended I get it replaced rather than fixing individual components due to the age of the whole system.

It went well. Since I bought the heating unit in Feb. there was no charge for the system check.

Removal was difficult for the team as the old units in our attic were too big for the opening and had to be cut apart to be removed. All this was done when the outside temperature was 110 degrees, and the attic heat had to be unbearable. They stuck with it however, and did an excellent job. All removal and installation was done in one day.

Quoted $4000 for a swamp cooler to be installed in a garage. Guy couldn't explain any details as to why a swamp cooler would could 4 grand, but suggested I buy a mini split AC for $5000 since "swamp coolers don't work in the desert". Crooks.

I had bought an new air conditioner from them last year.They charged me nothing, it was under warranty.

It turned out okay. I wasn't disappointed . All he did was supposed check our air conditioner and he did do that. He spent most of his time trying to sale me one of their membership things which I didn't appreciate.

It went fine. No issues. It went perfect, as expected.

Joe did everything right and he serviced our request at about 8pm on a Sunday evening. He was excellent at explaining and was very thorough and patient after he installed the new piece to make sure the fan motor was running properly. He also checked all vents to make sure cool air was circulating properly. Joe and Alaskan are AAA+ and get my highest recommendation.

They come in the Spring and the Fall. There is just two guys that came over to do the work. Maintenance is included twice a year. I didn't really know they were here. I didn't have any questions, they did their work, and they left.

It went fine. We only had one push and they took care of it. They had to replace the units in the attic and one of them had some spillage so it stained the plaster board and so they came and repainted. They made it right.

Matt and Bogdan initially met with us to establish what we needed and explained the various features in the 3 different SEER levels available. They also helped us to set up the financing. After we agreed on the equipment we wanted installed, they proceeded to do the installation - compressor first. After completing the disassembly of the A/C - Furnace unit and removing it, it was discovered that we had the wrong furnace so they had to go get the correct unit. They found out that the distributor had sent our unit to another installer so the distributor had to airship the correct unit overnight. Joey and Allen did the install of the furnace on the next day and linked everything to each other via the thermostat and then to my cell phone after I installed the proper app. The gentlemen I mentioned went above and beyond their pay grade to make sure that we were very satisfied with the installation - we were.

Excellent job, both men were professional and on time. I called at 5:45 pm (tempertature in the house was almost 90 degrees) and they came out around 9:40 pm, which was very fast in my opinion, as we had not used thier service before. They replaced a capacitor that went out and the job cost was so very resonable. They even reduced the Job Evalution Fee and applied it as part of the overall cost, saving us money. No hard sell was done into buying a new air conditioner, since ours was old, which you might expect to hear from others. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

The customer service rep was great - friendly and helpful. The technician was very professional and got the air working again in no time. I have been using this company for 4 years and I am very pleased with the service and the cost.

My family has used Alaskan 3 times and every time they provide fast and very affordable service. Robert arrived 90 minutes early and quickly identified a $5 bad shutoff switch that shut our AC down for the day. He got us back online with the outside temperature at 106 degrees. Total cost was $89 for the service call. Very honest and he was very clean in appearance. Our AC is 13 years old and so he gave us some budgetary pricing for a new AC unit so we could start saving up for the purchase. Will use again in the future.

The staff was polite and helpful when making an appointment that works with my schedule. Robert was very professional and explained everything he did and why. The cost is very reasonable and Robert is a polite and skilled technician. They replace your air filters as part of their service!
