It is difficult for me to reply to this post as the work we performed on your home was over a year ago and my technicians notes say that your system was already taken apart by another company before we arrived. Our reviews speak for themselves, we always provide a thorough inspection of our customers equipment and we provide a detailed report along with repair recommendations so that our customers can make the best decisions for them and their families. We care about our customers very much and I can tell you that I work with amazing people who work hard in the most extreme climates so that our customers are comfortable in their homes. Description of Work: It's July in Vegas, 1PM, temps are 3 digit & my A/C stopped blowing cold air. Heather (Angie's List) understood the imminent need & found me the right co. At Alaskan A/C, Shelby arranged an appt. for me with Chris W., ""the best""- between 3 & 5pm. Chris phoned 15 min prior & arrived at 3. He did a total tune up, replaced one part, (after showing me) cleaned up the unit & the area surrounding it. Then he took the time to explain the repair, his assessment of the unit & how to maintain it to continue maximum performance & prolong the life of the unit. Chris W. was thorough, professional & clean! I will use again them if needed. I highly recommend Alaskan H & A/C.

Description of Work: I called Alaskan Heating and Air because my A/C unit was blowing out warm air. I called them at 11:05 and Raul arrived on the same day; 1:05 on July 8th. It was only 101 outside. Raul called me to let me know he was 15 to 20 minutes out. Raul was kind and courteous. He identified and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. Now my A/C unit is blowing 55.2 degrees at the vent and the cost was $ 160.
