When you call for service, response time is fast! Exactly what we need when our temperatures are in the 100's. You will be well served calling Alaskan Heating & Air Conditioning when you need help!

Tyson showed up on time, was very courteous and professional

It was a very hot day in July 2017. The technicians did a great job replacing the air and heating elements in the very small attic space. It was a year ago and I never got around to writing a review. I had them back twice since- once to check the system in May, before the hot Nevada summer and a couple of days ago to replace a battery in the thermostat. Each time, they have been prompt and very professional, answering my questions and completing the service. I highly recommend this company.

It was great. Called and explained the problem within 2 hours Raul was out to find out why our home was not cooling. He thoroughly checked the unit and identified the problem. Replaced parts and the unit was working like a champ. Also signed up for a 3 year service agreement for twice yearly check ups. Great experience with this company and their employees

Robert was excellent in his profession very helpful and kind! He was able to fix our old 20 yr old a/c unit that suffered a power outage. We will definitely be calling back when the a/c goes and requesting Robert, great company and will definitely recommend!

Alaskan Heating & Air Conditioning are a pleasure to work with. The office was professional and prompt answering phone calls and setting up appointments. The technician, Marcel, was very knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and friendly. My air conditioning was giving off a foul smell and not cooling the home. Marcel performed a thorough inspection of my HVAC system, presented me with options to repair or replace, and did not pressure me one way or the other on my decision to repair my existing unit. Marcel repaired my existing system promptly and professionally and he was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Alaskan Heating & Air Conditioning without hesitation.

Bogdan Petre came, did the inspection and any necessary maintenance. He related to me what he did to the equipment. He was one of the 3 Alaskan AC and Heating people for installed my new Lennox AC condenser, 62-phase, 20 Seer AC unit, 62-phase, 20 Seer furnace and self-monitoring thermostat. They helped me install the appropriate app on my cell phone so I could review what was happening, AC-wise, at home while I was away, After I had a cell phone switch, I lost the password and Bogdan assisted me in restoring the password on y new cell phone.

The technician, Robert H showed up on time and looked very professional. He performed all of the required tests and cleaning as well as explaining what he was doing and how the systems worked. He was very knowledgeable on the equipment and gave me some do-it-yourself tips for future reference. He also gave me some options for future preventative maintenance on our AC system. All in all, a very positive interaction and we would use Alaskan for future service on our air conditioning system.

Matt and Justin arrived early as they had called and said they had a cancellation. I had dealt with Matt before, and he was training a new employee named Justin. They took their time checking my air conditioning, and gave me a printout. Matt suggested that I buy their package of 6 checkups (2 every year) for $320.00 as it also included Freon and coil cleaning. I bought it as it was a good deal. Both were extremely professional, did great work and were communicative. I did not hesitate getting the 3 year deal as they have always done great work.

Alaskan Heating & Cooling is a top notch company. My AC unit broke last weekend and Tech. Jobab was quick to respond and did a professional job of replacing what was needed to get our AC running cool and efficiently again. Alaskan Air is my go to AC company if I ever need heating or cooling repairs in the future. I would also request Technician Jobab if possible he explained my system in detail.

Marcel and Justin called ahead of time and arrived on time and ready to work. They checked the A/C unit, ran diagnostics, and did a tune-up, then checked the thermostat and the coldness of the air in the rooms. They were professional, punctual, efficient, and knowledgeable. I only trust my Trane A/C and heater to Alaskan. I wish they would decide to enter the plumbing business; they would be the first and only company I would call!

Woke up with no heat. Contacted Alaskan Heating & Air first thing in the morning. Within 90 minutes Bogdan was at the house and working to troubleshoot the issue. I was at work and my wife was at home and he took the time to communicate his findings and recommendations to both of us. The responsiveness, customer service, and pricing made the decision to choose them for a regular maintenance plan much easier to make.

Robert was on time and professional: he inspected and cleaned the furnace, provided pictures and explained what he found. We discussed options; overall he was very thorough. I would recommend Alaskan heating & air conditioning.

Wonderful. The technician called 30 minutes ahead of schedule saying he be here on time. When he arrived he was very clean and professional. He explained what he was going to do, then went about his business. He even changed out my furnace filters.
