They are always very prompt and efficient. I've never had to call them for emergency service. I’ve been pretty satisfied with them.

The technician got here within 30 minutes, and it was rather late. He traced down the problem, switched some wires around and put in a new fuse. It was operating within an hour and a half. The price was wonderful considering he came out so late.

Had a window of 12-2. Company called at 1:50 to tell me the tech was on his way. He showed at 2:35. Performed service. Found bad start system on the 3 ton and bad compressor on the 3/5 ton. Put a start kit on one and I ordered a new compressor for the other. Install is 5/14/12. Good technician, explained everything and worked efficiently and cleanly.

They come out twice a year. They are very good, I recommend them to other people. Overall I have been very satisfied with the services that were provided.

They are great and I recommend them to everybody. My units are under warranty so I didn't have to pay anything. They are a small company. When I had a company come to do the spring checkup, they found a little pile of ash and they thought something was wrong. They had a deal in the paper that day for new furnaces so I kind of did an eeny, meeny, miney and I called them. They had somebody out here within 2 hours. They checked it out and said there was a problem and they were really worried about carbon monoxide. They said I needed a new furnace so I got an air conditioner at the same time. It was a Carrier. That was on a Tuesday and they were here on Thursday and did the air conditioner first because it was October and it was still hot in Las Vegas. They came the next week to do the furnace. I got the extended warranty and they come twice a year to do the checks. I also had them do my condo. My neighbors also used them to do their air conditioner. Had I not liked them I wouldn't have called them back to do my condo and I wouldn't have recommended them to other people. They are a great company.

They schedule the appt and come out on time

I see them at least every six months. They put in my furnace and air conditioner around 2006. They put one in my condo in 2009. I could not ask for better help. I think they are terrific. I recommend them to everybody. I have not had a problem with them. They are always on time. They cleaned my vents in January and I aksed them if they would clean my dryer vent and so they pulled the dryer out and cleaned that. I think they are a terrific group of people. I really like them. They are polite, efficient. When I called them, one other company had checked my furnace and he said that something was wrong with it. He saw a little pile of ashes. I looked in the paper and they were having a special for furnaces. I just made a stab and called Alaskan. I called them at about 10 in the morning and they were here at 1 o'clock in the afternoon. They were here the next day and put the new air conditioner in and the following day they put in the new furnace. They did it all quickly.

I have a maintenance contract with them for 2 cleanings a year. Then my heat wouldn't turn on. they came out a few times before the problem was discovered but once it was defined, they fixed it promptly. They were very courteous and professional.

They are excellent and I have no problem with them. If I need anything I call them. They call me to make appointment to come up in for spring and fall check ups. In fact, I can't say enough good things about them. Their price is same as everybody else. It depends on which company's unit you want because they don't just handle one type of company. I use them all the time and would recommend them to everybody.

The company provided professional service, however they tried to say the unit needed additional repairs but really didn't. The price was reasonable and the unit was cleaned very well. An appointment was set and they were prompt with keeping the date and time.

I have a ten-year service contract with Alaskan Air Conditioning to check my filters and heating & cooling system each year for the winter. They clean everything up and inspect everything to make sure it is running properly. The company is always professional, sends out knowledgeable service people and we are pleased with there prompt service s. I have used this company for many years and have recommended them to many of my friends.
