Although the details don't matter to you, it does matter to us and there is a reason for not responding. A few weeks ago, my email account got hacked. I couldn't imagine why someone would want my business information but what a mess it was getting everything straightened out. It was over my abilities ( I'm a little older and not that tech savy ) so I brought in my IT guy to assist me. He got everything figured out but somehow my privacy settings were really high. Well in the process of getting things back to where they were, emails got deleted. This was unknown to me for quite some time and it wasn't until I read your review that I now know you had sent us a service request. I think the initial request went into my spam folder and subsequently got deleted. In 13 years we have never "not responded" to an opportunity to grow this business. I'm very sorry that you were the first. Please allow me to make it up to you either by helping you with your current issue if you still need the help. We will not charge you any labor for the diagnosis + 1 free hour of repair labor. Or if this problem has been attended to, we would like to offer you a free preventative maintenance spring check up this spring and if your system needs parts in order to make it reliable, we will provide the parts to you at a 50% discount. We have learned from this experience, multiple people in my office staff are now monitoring our business email account daily to ensure nothing is missed.
