Description of Work: Joe C. Snow, owner of Aireze, and his helper removed our old, badly rusted out, evaporative cooler from the side wall of our garage, removed the failing wooden stand it had been sitting on, and replaced it with a new, much thinner, 3-speed instead of the 2 we had on the old fan, Bonaire slimline cooler which is simply attached to the wall. He also attached the bleed off hose I'd been using to (a) keep the cooler pads from being coated with the alkali in our water and (b) to water plants around our yard with the runoff. He then showed us how to operate it most efficiently and left in place the hinged diversion board I use to funnel air into the house and out a bedroom window. They also repaired the heavy wooden gate to our back yard, which had sagged down and was dragging the latch end on the ground. This was done at no charge.
