Bill, our Air Wizards technician, is excellent! He has been inspecting and repairing our HVAC unit for several years, and he is always dependable and honest. He has rescued us several times when our air has gone out in the middle of the summer, and he's always managed to fix the problem quickly and at a reasonable price. He never tries to upsell or talk us into repairs we don't need. I recommend him highly!

Went with Air Wizards because unlike other companies; they posted prices on Craigslist. Within 10 mins my system was diagnosed as having a bad compressor.($1800.00 to replace) In that my system was 22 years old(Carrier 5 Ton Rooftop) I decided to replace my old unit. Was quoted a price of $4800.00 for a Goodman 5 ton rooftop unit that included "crane service" and a new thermostat with a ten year guarantee on AC unit. Approximate time to remove old unit and install new unit including thermostat was 2hrs. No pressure for me to "join a club" . Bill installed the unit and advised to call them if I had any problems. Note: My impression of Bill was that if you had any questions; it would be up to you to ask and he would be glad to answer them. Bill provided prompt efficient service. Highly recommend Air Wizards.

Not good. Way too expensive for the short time the technician was here.

In less than an hour he found and fixed a Freon leak and had my air conditioner running again.

they looked at the old unit told us it needed to be replaced brought the new unit in replaced the unit and removed the old one

Our A/C compressor was making loud noises and the fan was not working so I called Air Wizards. Bill answered my call promptly and was able to come the next morning. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had the part needed and replaced the faulty fan motor within an hour. I'll recommend Air Wizards without a doubt.

Called for service visit re:noisy outside AC unit. Bill came out within 2 hours, advised on needed work including price estimate. Came back 3 hours later and installed new unit. Excellent response time, called when he was on his way (both times), quickly fixed the problem, and made an awesome impression. I even called an AC installer friend in Florida who confirmed I was purchasing the right unit, at the right price and the right solution. I am very happy with this vendor.

Air Wizards did a thorough evaluation before providing their estimate. He answered every one of my questions in a very understandable manner. His price was less than 1/2 of the competition for higher efficiency equipment. The Owner/Technician was professional in every way.

I began moving into my house the 12th of may and on May 13th I had Bill from Air Wizards ibstall a new AC compressor . He was right on top of it from the moment he arrived till he completed the task .He proved to be very punctual and professional in his work . As luck would have it on the 10th of june the unit leaked it's cooling fluid and that same afternoon he was here to re-charge the unit at no charge to me . Again very customer service oriented . I don't feel anyone could find better or more competitive service

They earn their name, Wizard is about right. I had interviewed at least 5 other companies to do this work, and had to turn them all down. Bill was fast, came out gave me a fair estimate, and did the work on the spot. This was a dream come true for me, living for 2 years in my home without air conditioning in my kitchen/dining room, and we all know how hot it gets here in the summers. He was able to saw cut, and install a whole new duct to my vent! Amazing, would use Bill again in a heart beat.
