Air Supply Heating and Air Conditioning

I did not actually use their services but the next time I or anyone I know are in need - this is who we will call! My Nana's AC went out and she couldn't find anyone to come out the same day. My dad called Air Supply and they moved their schedule around to be able to help her immediately! As luck would have it, her AC started blowing cold just after this so the services were no longer needed - but WOW! The above-and-beyond service they gave us was something that many companies lack these days. Absolutely incredible and I can't wait to recommend them to everyone I know.

From start to finish, everything involved in this project went very well! From company owner to office staff, to install team, to drywall repairman, everyone was professional, friendly, and very responsive -- showed up on time and worked diligently to job completion. The price was fair based on 3 other estimates I received for the project. I strongly recommend Air Supply for your HVAC needs.

The service was prompt and comprehensive.

They fixed it, so I guess that was good. They have a really detailed receipt, so it looks like they did a good job. It’s still working, so that’s good. They were very pricey. It was very expensive.

After the Air Supply tech left I waited for cold air to start coming from the outlets.......to no avail! Again we slept downstairs on couches and the next morning I called another Angie list A/C company who promptly came out and gave me an honest but high price for a new system. He pointed out that the high reading on one side of the compressor indicated a need for replacement and noted the new motor. I indicated that it had just been replaced by another company and he just shook his head noting "not with that compressor" He was conscientious and checked the temp at the ducts and looked into the attic. If his replacement cost was not so high I would have given my business. But now I knew for sure I had been had by Air Supply. By substantially over charging for a fan motor that would not fix the problem they hoped to force me into buying a whole new system form them. I have since checked the price average for a fan motor and it comes out to around $150.00 but the whole thing was a waste since they knew the problem was in the compressor. Finally a third company from Angie's List was straight up with me and told me it was not necessary to replace the unit in the attic as there was a compatible gas on the market. I got a feeling of honesty with this outfit and the next day I had a new compressor unit installed the next day at a price I could afford. End Thought Beware of Air Supply

My ancient AC/Heating unit died while I was on vacation on the other side of the country, and had friends staying in my place. Getting a new unit under these conditions could have been an absolute nightmare. And yet, these folks made it simple and downright pleasant. Everyone was straightforward, knowledgable, helpful, courteous, and friendly. I was also impressed with how quickly and efficiently the whole project occurred - from diagnosing and explaining the problem, to choosing the correct new unit, obtaining credit, and installing the new system. All this, with minimal impact to my vacation plans.

The AC was serviced last year, while still under the 1-year waranty, David claimed the waranty does not cover the new service call. His reason is that they found a new problem. After charging me another $295, the AC is still not working. David then told me the AC has to be replaced for $3,400 (he offered $400 discount). His explanation was not clear (sounded fishy). After sending another company to the property, I was able to get the unit working for $300. The problem was nothing near what David described. I think he was trying to cheat (swap my unit with another unit and claim it's new). I would not use this guy eve again. His business is shady.

He was here for about 20 or 30 minutes, and he said that everything looks good. He cleaned up a few things, and said that the refrigerant looks good.
