Air Pro Masters

They were alarmists who told us our A/C unit had the "wrong" coolant in it and that it wasn't safe to continue using. They of course recommended a full replacement first but said if we couldn't do that we should have the unit flushed out, mentioned the word "combustable" which scared us, so we paid them. They flushed the system, put in what was supposed to be the "right" coolant and installed a new compressor valve specific to that new coolant. But the fan still didn't shut off!!!! Since it was spring I shut the unit off at the breaker until we needed it to cool the house but to our surprise the air that comes out won't get cooler than 78 degrees now. We had AHS send someone out again to look at the fan and now the issue with it not blowing out cold air like it had before and it was discovered that Air Pro Masters lied outright to us. The coolant we had before was the RIGHT coolant and what our unit was MADE to use. Not we have this non-efficient 407 crap that apparently everyone knows doesn't actually cool, but in addition to that, they left the old coolants compressor valve functional on the same line and its giving conflicting information to our unit and it will cost half the cost of a new unit to correct that. Yes, two valves telling our unit conflicting information about pressure, coolant etc., which has damaged our unit now (passed liquid to the compressor rather than gas) and the fan issue.... well that turned out to be a $90 wall thermostat replacement and now the fan works perfectly but our unit is garbage. Do not use this company... they are alarmists, scam artists and when we provided them with all the info and write up from the other company they still refused to come out and fix the Frankenstein job they did on our unit. They've left a family in the middle of the hot summer without a/c all to make a buck when they could have just replaced our thermostat!
