The wash down was done well, but one of the fan motors was drenched in oil and stopped spinning apx 3 to 4 minutes after it was energized. The Technician tried to sell me a replacement motor and labor for $450.00.

Replaced the condenser and the A/C is working fine. Took less than 2 days and that was great - it was the middle of summer. They have done all the work on this unit for several years.

This report is long past due, i have been dealing with this company for the last few years in various properties and have always received superb service.

They were excellent. Manuel explained to me that the A/C unit will last longer because I live in a senior community. They were professional and explained exactly how the unit worked. I would highly recommend everyone to use this company because they very knowledgeable and extremely resonably priced.

They're local, casual, are a 3-4 men operation, very small, efficient, honest, and respond quickly to an unexpected call. They are timely, friendly, not too big, and personable.

Today they did not show up at the appointed time. They failed to call me. When I called them, they didn't seem to know about the appointment. Their excuse was they would be here in 40 minutes. I told them not to come.

As usual, they showed up within 1 hour and diagnosed the problem. They said it could be one of two things= a relay or ignitor. The tech said let's try the cheaper one first WOW. No charge yet. It was not the problem and it turned out to be the ignitor. I wasn't billed until they were sure the problem was solved. I JUST SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!! Of all the repairs I've needed on my house, this is the only company that I am absolutely satisfied with. THEY ARE THE BEST. YOU HAD BETTER CALL THEM FOR YOUR A/C REPAIRS. All the guys are totally professional and friendly.

I highly recommend them. They are also reasonable and honest.

Called at 11 AM. A technician showed up at approximately 12:30, THIS VERY DAY! Serviced both units and said everything was fine. No extra freon as many companies like to charge even if you don't need it. It took about 30 minutes and they were done. AWSOME!!!!!!!!!

Called on Sunday, they came on Monday, on time, in the rain and fixed the problem. I have a very high roof, but they still went up there even though it was slippery. All that was required was a reset, but they explained if I had further problems to just give them a call

I liked this company. They provided me with great services. I would recommend their prices to others. The only thing they could improve on a little would be showing up on time. When I used them they were a few minutes late, but otherwise, they were great to deal with.

Arrived earlier than appointed time, found problem with existing unit in under 30 minutes; removed existing unit and installed new A/C unit in less than 2 hours.
