Affordable Window Cleaning

Great. Even got here early.

They had to redo a few of the windows. The gentleman that was cleaning the windows used a ladder inside the house and caused a crack on the wall. I wasn't very satisfied with their service. I would not use them again.

The crew came 1 hour and 45min. late, did an inferior wash job on the windows, including leaving streaks and water marks; as well as, completely skipping a window. Charged $115 instead of the $85 or $90 quoted by the owner of the company. Every time they have come in the past, the price has been different and more. Brian Diehl, the owner, sent a man to the house to collect the money two weeks after the job was done and the check was...yes, it really was, in the mail. Brian got belligerent and hostile on the phone, then threatened to turn us over to a collection agency and charge late fees. He was very unpleasant and a little frightening. He was way over the top!! He said he didn't need customers like us. Fine...we sure don't need him. We will NEVER use his service again.

We've used this company for three years. In the past, we've had them clean both inside and outside, but the last time, they only cleaned outside. They sent two guys to do the work which they completed within two hours. They cleaned all our windows to our satisfaction.
