Wonderful!!! Affordable Tree Service is great! I knew it was going to be a good experience as soon as I met the gentleman who came out to do the estimate. He clearly understood his business and was full of very good information. The week of my scheduled service I got email reminders. The technicians showed up on time and finished the job in half the amount of time estimated. They really busted their a$$! When they were done it was like the two trees I had removed were never there. There was not even an errant twig left on the ground. Professional, knowledgeable, pleasant. I highly recommend Affordable Tree Service.

They came out the next day for the estimate and performed the work the next day on an emergency basis. They were supposed to arrive between 8am and 11am, and actually arrived at 8:30. Work was completed both extremely fast and very high quality. Price was under what we hoped.

Trimmed the palm trees. I continue to use their service, I am very happy with them. ( Group) neighbors get our trees trimmed together so it's $600.00 total for it all. ( member did not state how many neighbors are in the group or total number of trees trimmed).

The trimming went well. When the tree was being placed, I pointed out that it was near the sewage line to the street. The crew chief, said it would be fine and planted the tree. I purchased a mature tree and when I saw that they were using one small stake for this big tree, I said that was unacceptable due to the high winds in Las Vegas. All trees, in at least this area needs two heavy stakes to keep the tree straight during growth or they bend permanently, They only had one 8 foot stake, so I purchased a matching stake from a close by Lowe's. The stake did puncture the sewer line and several months later, my overflow box was spewing sewage down the slope to my neighbors and also backing up into my house. Two plumbers later, The second firm found during video inspection, the stake had punctured the sewage line. With half my yard torn up, I allowed the plumbers to dig up and repair the line. I notified the Owner of Affordable Tree Service and they turned it over to their insurance company. The local adjuster and the salesman came out and saw the piece that was removed with the stake still in the piece. The salesman said that they do not use these stakes and they did not install them. They also couldn't remember who the supervisor was on the job and in my opinion gave the insurance company the wrong information. Ultimately, because of the information supplied to the insurance company, by Affordable Tree, The claim was paid at a very low percentage of the total monies paid out to fix the break. The work was good and everyone makes mistakes but if you can not own up to the mistakes, the consumer loses.

The estimater was pleasant and answered questions I had about dealing with the trees. The quote included two tree removals that I ended up not doing but were half the price of the other bidder. Due to a mixup on my end they ended up not doing the work I had requested and could have easily charged me for. They did not. They were pleasant, efficient, and on time. I will use them again.

All went very well. I contacted them through Angie's list, and they responded in less than 24 hours, and made an appointment for an estimate. They arrived within the time-frame scheduled. I agreed to the price and an appointment was made for a little more than a month after (they are very busy.) On the appointed day, a crew showed up between 9 and 10 a.m. and the tree was removed within 2 hours or less. Cleanup was quick and thorough. A separate crew appeared in less than an hour to grind the stump. A small drip system line was cut in the process and without a word, they proceeded to repair it like new. Again, cleanup was quick and complete. Both crews asked if everything was okay before they left. The entire process was complete in less than 4 hours, and they all did an excellent job!

The team actually arrived early. They suggested the best solution and handled the work timely and professionally. On a side note, I inadvertently left my garage door open. They called me and let me know then made arrangements to close it for me so I didn't need to return home. I'd use ATS again.

The first group of workers arrived at 8am to cut down the bushes. Knocked on the door to let me know they were there and I walked to the back yard to go over the work with one while the other jumped the two brick walls at my back yard as it was closer to the street where they parked the shredding truck. Two men quickly cut down the bushes to about 3 inches above the ground and tossed the limbs and stumps over the brick walls to the shredding crew. They cleaned up their area nicely and the one jumped back over the wall while the other went out the gate making sure it was closed so that the dog couldn't escape. I went out and cleaned around the stumps to ensure no rocks would in the way of the grinder. I'm super that that I did as their next crew did not do that and as he was grinding away depri was flying fast and hard at my home. Glad the windows had solar screens to protect them from breakage. The grinder cut a water line (the 1st crew told me that they would repair any water line damage they caused) and didn't say a word to me. They packed the dirt and grindings over the stumps without putting anything in the stump to kill it, used a blower to clean off my porch area and left. If they hadn't been making an awful racket I would never have known they were there. I went outside to check their work and found the water line hose torn up and had to uncover the stumps to drill holes and pour in stump killer myself.

I had these people out this morning for about the fourth time in several years to trim my very messy large California pepper tree and a 30 foot Mexican fan palm. They did a beautiful job as usual and cleaned up after themselves. I have never been disappointed in either the price or the fact that they are always punctual, dependable, and do an excellent job. Highly recommended.

They did an excellent job and even removed all of the oleander roots at no additional charge, telling me that grinding them down wouldn't be sufficient as the plant would eventually grow back. Excellent, fast service.

The work went very well. Great crew! They were fast, efficient, neat and did an excellent job. If materials from the felled trees went into a neighbors yard, they went over and cleaned up. If we had another project requiring this service, we would not hesitate to hire them again.

As usual, the Affordable Tree Service crew did an Outstanding job! They gave our Mesquite tree its annual trim and for the first time trimmed and shaped our Olive tree in the backyard. We specified that we wanted the Olive tree trimmed-----yet still provide privacy from the house behind us. They did exactly what we wanted!
