Affordable Tree Service was great! They were flexible in scheduling and recognized the 10% off Angie's List discount. When the crew showed up they were courteous and friendly. They trimmed the trees as requested and left them looking good--not too thin. They cleaned up all the fallen branches and leaves so nothing was left behind.

Fantastic job! Trees look great and the clean up was fantastic as well.

Raymond and his crew were punctual. Well organized, clean, fast and efficient. Cleaned up nicely and generally went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. I will certainly recommend Affordable Tree Service to friends and family without hesitation.

Too expensive by comparison to Able ($240 vx $150). Too slow by comparison to Able (Two months out vs within two days.). I took Able instead.

They were very good and very professional. They were actually very quick. I definitely would use them again. They were definitely the best price that I received. They came right when they said they would.

I received 3 bids for the tree removal and stump grinding. Affordable had the lowest bid and bid was emailed to me. Removal was scheduled 6/19 between 12 and 2, crew showed up at 12:20, tree was down and cleanup was completed in 45 minutes, stump removal crew showed up 30 minutes later and ground out the stump, then cleaned up. I have had many trees removed over the years and comparatively speaking, this was a great job.

They were prompt, professional and the price was significantly lower than other tree removal services. The estimator gave us several options. We would call them again.

This experience was excellent. The communication by email was quick and easy. Eric responded quickly and went to my house without me being there to provide me an estimate. The estimate was detailed and itemized so it was very easy to see what work was needed and made it easy for me to pick what I wanted to have done. There was only one hitch but the way Eric handled it rated an A as well. When I called to confirm our appointment on Friday he communicated that he made a scheduling mistake and had us slotted for Saturday. He apologized sincerely and offered (without being asked) to do the work Saturday for $25 less than quoted to compensate for the inconvenience. I liked the way he owned the problem and provided a workable solution that was customer friendly. When the team arrived they literally ran from the truck to the trees and back. They worked very quickly and had the trees trimmed and the yard cleaned within 15 minutes or so. Quality of work, professionalism and friendliness of staff, respect for our property were all top notch.

Removed a large fork from a eucalyptus tree and sections of a mesquite tree that were in neighbors yard that created a lot of debris and clean up in my yard/pool. Crew showed up on time, they did a fantastic job on suggestions to clean the trees up and still have them look nice and be healthy pruning for the trees. They cleaned up after themselves very well.

Crew showed up (4 guys) and cleared the area around the two palm trees. One member went up the first palm tree and cleaned the dead leaves off.. Then he started cutting off pieces of the top and worked his way right now the tree. He dropped each piece and the other crew members carried them out and put into their truck. Next tree was a repeat of the first. Once the trees were cut down and carried off the entire crew cleaned up the area around the trees. The crew was very professional. Would hire again.

The crew arrived for the service a few hours late, but they did a fantastic job. The trees that were cut are difficult to reach, but the did a great job of cutting branches - it looked very professional. They also were excellent about picking up all the cuttings and leaves. I'm very please with the price and the quality of their work.

I had a medium sized tree trimmed. It was in bad shape, it had been neglected for quite a while and it had gotten just big enough that I couldn't trim it myself. The service was quick and the results exceeded my expectations. The crew were very nice and professional. I will use them again and definitely recommend them.

They were clean and very efficient and on time and they were really fast. They cleaned up everything and left the yard clean and the price was affordable.

I started contact with this company via e-mail and they came by to look at the work to be done without me needing to be home. I received my estimate via e-mail and called and scheduled the work. The crew arrived as scheduled and promptly completed the job. An overall good experience. Will use again

The crew arrived on time on the scheduled date. Michael, the foreman, walked the property with me and asked me how I wanted the palms trimmed. I cautioned him about letting the dead palm fronds fall on my tile roof as happened with a previous tree guy and he assured me that his crew would treat my property wtih respect and care. He was right. The trimmers got right to work trimming the trees. When finished, all debris was cleaned up and removed from the property leaving the ground area around the trees immaculate. I wrote him a check for the work, minus the Angie's List discount, and they were on their way wtihin 30 minutes, leaving me one very happy homeowner. This contractor comes highly recommended and I will definitely use Affordable Tree Care again.

I started a project to cut down seven trees and remove the stumps. Bad idea. Should've called Affordable Tree Service on Day One. The staff is friendly and professional. The work is done well and quickly. The price is fair. The Angie's List discount is also nice. If you want any tree removed, make sure this is one of your calls. It was my ONLY call. After having Caesar stop by and give me a quote, I liked the price and had a good feeling about the company so I just said DO IT! I have no doubt I made the right choice.

They did a great job!. The two smaller palm trees were right next to our swimming pool. They cut them down and used a tarp to prevent any debris from going into the pool. They finished quickly, did a great job of trimming and removing the 2 smaller palms, and cleaned everything up. I was very pleased!

Called Affordable Tree Service last week and they came out next day for an estimate. One week later (as arranged) 4 guys in one truck (clearly marked as Affordable Tree Service - with a chipper on the back) showed up on time. Asked me what I wanted done with the tree (ie. removal or shaping). Half way through I was asked my opinion again about another area of the tree. Fast, efficient. Cleaned up afterward.

A whole crew came out and were right on time. They did a great job of shaping our Acacia after I had them trim it to 1/2 of its original size. A palm tree next to it looked pretty sad and had several fronds dragging on the ground so they trimmed the lower fronds which made the tree look much better. In the back, they cut down a Pepper we did not want and took the whole thing away. In both the front and back yards, they did a good job of cleaning up and I was happy to tip the crew for their efforts.

I called them on 4-11-2013, they scheduled a estimator to come by on 4-12. He showed up on time and quoted $200 for the job, which I felt was a reasonable price (I have paid more for this service in the past). He scheduled the job for the next morning, the crew showed up on time and had the job done in less than an hour. They did a great job and I will definitely use them again.

Eric and the crew were very professional, knowledgeable, kind and responsive to my needs. They were quick and efficient and left no trace behind. I highly recommend their services.

They came first and left looked at the tree that we needed to be pruned and left an estimate which was a very good price. There was also a coupon on Angies list and good reviews so I choose them. They said they would come between 12-2pm but they never showed up until 3:30pm. Other than that - they did a great job - the tree looks really good. It was growing sideways and they were able to re-stake the tree and straighten it out. I would recommend them for sure. They guy they sent us was Raymond - really knew his stuff.
