Affordable Tree Service

The workers were very efficient and went right to work. Cleaned everything before they left. I am very pleased with this company and highly recommend them. Definitely will use them again if needed.

First Crew arrived on time. Tree removal went very well. After the tremoval the crew cleaned up the mess and left. They even cleaned the debris out of the pool. Minutes later the other crew arrived and assessed the situation. One guy left to pick up the three trees while the other man got things set up for stump grinding. When the guy who went to get the trees got back they went to work. The work took about 1.5 hours. All went well. They planted the new palms and then did the irrigation lines. When finished they cleaned up as best they could. All I had to do was to put my pool cleaner in the pool to get it clean. All went well. Great crews. Eric was a pleasure to work with. I'd recommend this company anytime.

Communication was a little difficult. I submitted a request for a quote online. I received an automated response that someone would go to my house and provide a quote the following day. Sounds awesome! The quote didn't arrive. A couple days later I called to inquire about the quote. It was resent and received. Then I tried to schedule an appointment and was a little more difficult than it should have been just to get a hold of someone. Appointment finally booked and the crew arrived on time. They did an excellent job and cleaned up very well. The only issues were their fertilizing machine was not working and they forgot to trim four of the trees. They left without talking to me. I sent an email and was told the crew forgot to trim the palms and were rescheduled for the following week. Again they came on time and did great work. I would recommend and use them again despite the communication issues.

1. The Search - We found Affordable through Angie's List. We felt that we should peruse the many pages of tree service companies rather than see the hits that started alphabetically with "A". However, we review quite a few pages and really liked the reviews and quality rating for Affordable. 2. The Email - So I reached out to Affordable using Angie's List and the same day, I received a call from Eric to ask about setting up a time and appointment. The call was on Tuesday and he set up an appointment for Wednesday am. That was fast. Both the call and appointment. 3. The Estimate - His team came out to give us an estimate for all 6 trees and our neighbor's overhanging trees. We wanted an aggressive cut of all major limbs as the trees were getting top heavy and very thick, while our trunks were not strong. They gave us the estimate of 450.00 after an Angie's List discount and found this to be extremely competitive. Our normal landscapers charge a similar rate and they are not tree professionals. 4. The Work - They gave us the estimate on Wednesday and set up the work to be done on Friday. They did the work quickly and efficiently, exactly what we wanted without us having to micromanage the work. They cleaned up very well and we found the results to be better than we anticipated. 5. The Results - When you want punctuality, professionalism, quick response , quality service, and value pricing, I highly recommend Affordable. Eric and his team will take care of you!

Went very well. Of three estimates I got, their's was the best. Everything explained well, no hidden fees. Tree removal personnel were actually early, which was nice. When finished advised me that the stump grinding personnel would be here later to finish up. Stump grinders arrived on time. All work including clean done well. Price reflects use of 10% Angie's list discount coupon.

GREAT TEAM! GREAT SERVICE! The guys who cut down the tree, ground out the stump and cut up the wood I wanted to keep were simply fantastic. Super nice fellahs, could NOT have been more accommodating, were polite and prompt and did a fantastic job of cleaning up. And Affordable Tree Service was the best price by more than 30% compared to the other quote I got (from another highly rated Angie's List vendor). I would NOT hesitate to recommend Affordable Tree Service to anyone. And I will call them again when I need add'l work done.

I would highly recommend Affordable Tree Service. They removed 4 trees and ground the stumps. They gave a free estimate and when I scheduled service they were early and did a great job! My back yard looked like the trees had never been there when they were done. They cleaned up everything. I would use them again and would recommend them to friends.

I needed two trees trimmed in two yards, with one requiring a volunteer pomegranate tree to be cut down. Estimator arrived on time and worked with me on scheduling since I was traveling for Thanksgiving. The crew arrived early (on the day following the wettest day of the year in Las Vegas). Within 1-1/2 hours everything was done with both yards cleaned up, and they did a great trimming job. I am impressed and will use Affordable again. Would have no problem recommending their service to others.

They cut the Oleanders to my specification without any problems. The crew was prompt, professional and did an excellent job of cleaning up both in my yard and the neighbors yard.

The crew showed up on time and proceeded to remove all the branches which were dead or nearly dead and then removed the branches that were overhanging the house and also removed a limb down to the trunk that would have probably grown back over the house. A lot more than what I expected needed to be thinned. Cleaned up all the debris and blew all the small debris into waste buckets. Very professional and the quote was the lowest I received.

I called Affordable Tree Service to get an estimate on having 3 huge mesquite trees removed, 2 medium-small sized trees removed, 2 small stumps removed and to have one new tree planted. Eric had an estimator out within a day of my request. Brandon came out and performed the estimate quickly, friendly and professionally. I had the estimate in under 24 hours. I was able to schedule the work on a day and timeframe that worked for Affordable Tree Service and myself. The work crew arrived within the timeframe specified and promptly and efficiently went to work. The one huge mesquite tree located on the sloping front yard was down within minutes and promptly disposed of. While 2 of the crew grinded up the stump, the rest of the work crew then immediately moved into the very tiny wall surrounded back yard and proceeded to start on one of the 2 remaining huge and tall mesquite trees. This tree was located right near where 2 walls came together in a corner with huge trunk limbs extending over the 2 walls into 2 different neighbors yards. The work crew was able to get the entire tree down without any damage to plants near the tree, nor any damage to our property or the neighbors. The two medium-small trees were removed quickly. Only one of these was a challenge because the bulk of the tree was growing over our back wall into a neighbors yard and the tree was surrounded near its base by a Texas ranger bush. Again the work was performed quickly and carefully. The Texas ranger bush was not damaged at all during this procedure. The 2 stumps which had been in the back yard for some time were removed quicky since they were of a small size. The one remaining huge and tall mesquite tree was handled quicky and efficiently. The crew did a great job on the cleanup. Both the front yard and the back yard work areas were cleaned up completely. Since I had changed my mind about the size of the new tree to be planted, Affordable Tree Service agreed to come back the next morning with that sized tree and plant it and grind up the remaining stumps in the back yard. The work crew arrived the next morning and while one crew member started on the grinding of the 2 stumps in the back yard. The other crew member got the new tree planted and staked. The cleanup was performed quickly. I highly recommend Affordable tree. Both Eric at the office and the work crew were responsive to any and all questions that I had about the work and the new tree. For this job the work crew was faced with hugely overgrown mesquite trees that were taller than a 2-story house in a very small back yard space with lots of walls and plants near the trees. There was no damage and all the work was performed quickly, safely and efficiently. I also appreciate that given my change of mind over the size of a new tree to be planted that Affordable tree was able to accommodate me and get smaller tree and then come out the next morning and get it planted. I would definitely use them again.

My experience overall went very well. They were very professional and friednly. I was very pleased with the service provided. They did a great job with clean up. I would highly recommend this company to others.

Not good. We had our tree trimmed by this company last year and they trimmed my tree and did a great job and clean up for $150. So I called them out again this year (one year later exactly) and for the same tree and same service the price has gone from $150 to $350. Same tree same service! Not so affordable now.

Affordable Tree Service was timely, courteous and very professional. We cannot say enough good things about them. They far exceeded our expectations.

Prompt and professional. The foreman and I walked around the yard while he discussed his plan, then he and his crew of three guys went to work. In just under two hours, they had trimmed three deciduous trees and three palm trees then removed a California palm that had become too large for its space. The hauled away all the branches, then raked, swept and blew away all the debris. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Well done.

My neighbor has an overgrown evergreen tree with branches that hang over onto my property and fill my yard and pool with pine droppings and leaves. From the initial conversation to the end of the job, Affordable Tree Service was wonderful. They cut branches and removed debris so that my yard was as neat as it was before he started the job. All four workers were extremely friendly, courteous and completed the job in a very timely manner. They also trimmed my front bushes as well as trimming our two palm trees. All for a fair price too!

I contacted Affordable Tree Service for an estimate to remove all of the old trees from our property in preparation for an entire new landscape. An estimator came out to our house within 24 hours. Our actual service appointment was set for 1 month out due to the high volume of business that the company was experiencing. This was not a problem for us. The workers arrived on the early side of the 2 hour arrival window that we were given. They got right to work removing all of the trees, grinding the stumps and hauling away all of the material. I was very impressed as all of the work was completed in about 5 hours. My yard was left in better condition then when they arrived and the bill arrived in the mail 3 days later. NOTE: 1 week prior to the scheduled work, I called and added the removal of 2 very large palm trees and an additional 6 inches of grinding on one of the stumps in my backyard at the request of my landscape designer. The company sent out another estimator as quickly as possible and added the work to our ticket just days before the work was scheduled.

The guys came out early Friday and started right away with cutting down the tree. The tree was taller than a two story house and had rose bushes around it. The guys keep the branches from coming down on the rose bushes. and had the tree cut down really quick. Then they cleaned up the yard so the other crew could grind the stump down and cut some roots from the tree that was showing in the yard. When they finished they cleaned up the rest of the yard and you would never know that a tree had been there.

Came out for appraisal, I thought it was high, but after other appraisals, it wasn't. Also, I had asked to top some Eucalyptus trees. Appraiser said not good to top those, it may cause rot. Other guys never said that, so I checked online and he was right. I made appointment, but had to change due to work schedule, they accommodated last minute. They worked quickly and cleaned up. It was a lot of work. I was doing other outside work and guy helped me with that too. Very friendly guys and hard workers. I was impressed.

They came in two teams, one to cut the tree down and one to remove the stump. They were quick and efficient. They remove all the debris and left the yard in clean condition. I would recommend them to anyone needing this service.

Excellent work and customer service. They are top-notch!

Provided two estimates one to simply repair the obvious problems. The other to remove tile from half the roof and then remove and replace undercoating paper and any plywood as applicable. Then repeat process on other half of roof. I went the the full repair.
