This is the third year in a row we have used Affordable Tree Service Once again they did not disappoint. We needed to rearrange the time frame and when I contacted them, they made adjustments to the schedule to fit our needs. As in the past, the team came early. In less than one hour all work was accomplished and all traces of cuttings gone. The team of three this time, were very professional and personable. You will most likely be more than satisfied using their services.

From the start everyone has been very friendly and professional. They came out twice to give me estimate. Second only because I forgot to include a couple of things in the first estimate. They have always showed up on time. Came today and did the work, very professional, and left everything nice and clean.

I need two trees cut in my backyard. One of the trees the roots are coming close to the house. The employees were early for their appointment. They gave me an estimate that was below my budget and I will be having the trees cut on July 16th. I noticed on my estimate that the Angies discount wasnt mentioned. I called the office to see if the price included the Angie's discount and was told that it didnt. So I received an additional 10% off my estimate. Most places would have said that price included the discount but they were honest enough to say it didnt . If you need service this company is booked 3 weeks in advance so call them as soon as possible. The employees promptly returned phone calls and have been pleasant to deal with.

Hats off to Brandon (sales), and Omar (supervisor) and his crew for 1) listening, 2) knowing more than I do (hate to admit it), 3) showing up on time (OK, a little late, but I was the last customer of the day), 4) taking time to explain the what, when and why's, and 5) leaving me with a big smile on my face. I lost my tree service last year and was dreading the prospect of first finding, and then breaking in a new company (I'm a little hard to please). But, Las Vegas-style, I hit the jackpot on my first spin. Most of my palms 20-25 feet tall. The crew was able to use a boom truck in the front to avoid dropping the fronds on the fragile plants below. They were also extremely careful in the back yard using a ladder and climbing gear to prevent damaging the skinned portion of the trees. As difficult as it was to maneuver, they made the extra effort to avoid walking on the white cool decking around my pool. I really can't thank them enough for that. Affordable Tree Service IS "Fast and Friendly," and I'm a very satisfied customer.

Raymond and the crew did a great job! They are true professionals and they exceeded our expectations. I didn't know my trees could look so nice. We will definitely have them back for more work in the future.

It went great. They arrived on time, covered my pool so debris would not get in it, and cleaned up when finished.

They were excellent. The trees were completely removed and we are unable to see any sign of where they were. This is an excellent company. They are very professional and competitively priced. We received 3 estimates and the were much less expensive than the other two. We would use them again in a heart beat. This company is very trustworthy, honest and has integrity. Their work was impeccable.

They did great! Removed the trees quickly along with all of the debris. Are very efficient and on time. They were actually early which is nice for a change.

They where on time and removed the branch and trimmed the palm trees as quoted, and I will use them again.

The crew was scheduled between 9-11a.m. and arrived at 9:15a.m. Set up took a few minutes while all aspects of the job were discussed and confirmed with the site manager and myself. The crew of four immediately began to diligently tackle each of their assigned tasks. One hour into the job, a crew of two additional men arrived to grind the stump from the large tree that was removed. All crew members were hard workers and removed all cuttings and debris from the work site. They were professional and knowledgeable.

They were super friendly, on time, FAST and did great cleanup. We are very happy with their work and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Amazingly hard workers! The 2 palms were removed & total cleanup in 3 hours, with the mesquite taking another 45 minutes. They were here by the appointed time & estimated 4 hours. Great job! We'll be using them again next year.

The job went great. Three workers arrived a bit early and had the job done in about one hour. They were very receptive to direction from us, as far as what we wanted done. Keeping in mind that we are somewhat picky, they were very easy to work with. Very hard workers, and very pleasent guys. We had talked with three other service providers found through Angies List. One did not want to come this far north, and the other two were $100.00 or more for the same job. All in all very pleased with Affordable, and would not hesitate to have them back, or recommend them to others.

They were here on time and did a good job, and cleaned up after themselves.

They cut down, shredded and removed a thirty foot tree. The guys were absolutely organized and great. They were mannerly and very nice. I highly recommend them.

Eric gave me the estimate on a Wednesday, and the service was scheduled for Friday, the 30th, between 1 and 3. Ace's crew was on time, efficient, and professional. The encountered a tremendous mess that hadn't been trimmed in many years. The area was spotless when they left. I will use again and have already referred them to others.

On 1/30 Derrick stopped by to provide an estimate. I like that at Affordable Tree Service, all of your requests are written down on the estimate so nothing is forgotten. I was happy that they were able to fit me in the following Tuesday. I was given a time window between 10am and 12pm. On Tuesday at about 8:40am, the crew of four arrived much earlier than the 10am-12pm time window. I had awakened at 8:30am and was glad that I heard the doorbell and was at home when they arrived. Yes, it was much earlier than I expected, but nice to get the job done and out of the way. The crew did a great job on all of my requests. The Palms, Lantanas and other plants look great now that they are all trimmed and ready for Spring. And the cleanup and disposal of all Palm fronds and debris made the whole area look beautiful when they were finished.

The scheduled work to be done and gave me a window between 10-12AM. The never called or showed. At 2PM we needed to leave so I called them and told them they had not showed they acted as if I had done something wrong. I canceled the service and will not use them again.

I sent them an e-mail through Angie's List on Wednesday requesting an estimate for either removing or trimming six palm trees. I provided three time slots when for the estimate. Received an email back asking to confirm one of the times for Friday which I did. Estimator showed up on time, reviewed the requested work and provided me an estimate. The palms had not been trimmed for several years and had very large "beards" on them. This resulted in a larger cost to trim them than if they had been trimmed on an annual basis. My back yard is not accessible to vehicles and the palms were next to the house and the block fence. We agreed on them removing the palms on the following Thursday. If the job couldn't be finished on Thursday, they would be back on Friday to finish it. The crew arrived at 08:00 a.m. on the following Thursday. They had two crews working on cutting down the palm trees. A third crew arrived to grind down the stumps. Everyone on the crews knew their jobs and everything went like clockwork. All work was done and the crews gone by 2:00 p.m.. The yard looks great as they hauled all the debris away with them. I will definitely use them again if I have trees that need trimming or removing. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a tree service. I had reviewed prices and was very pleased as their estimate was lower than I was expecting.

The sales representative provided an estimate the previous week which was satisfactory. The actual workers were punctual and took instructions well. They quickly cut the specified branches and ensured we were satisfied with the results. The price was fair, probably lower than what our usual tree service would have charged for the same work.

They should up during the window they said they would . I wanted to add a service and the worker was able to acomidate the change and adjust the price without having to wait or call anyone else. They knew what they were doing and cleaned up very well. It was a qucik and easy process. I am a new ruglar customer!!

This is the second time I used Affordable Tree Service. Both times they did a great job. They were very competitive, especially with the Angie's List discount.

., On 10/18/2014, I called them to come to give me an estimate on doing the job. Derrick (I believe that was his name) arrived right on time and we walked through the items that need work to be done. He wrote down and detail estimate and gave me a copy. I also got another estimate but decided to go with Affordable. I called their office and set up 11/5/2014 between 10am and 12 noon. On 11/5/2014, four men arrived at 10am and they started to work immediately. They finished within one hour and cleaned up the debris. I told them I would called the office to give them my credit card information for the payment so they left. A couple of days later I noticed one of my drip lines was shooting water out. I shut off the water timer and went to check for the leak. I found one of my drip lines got pulled out by accident, probably when the workers were dragging the tree branches out. I called Affordable office and told them about the problem. They sent a couple of men over a couple of days later and plugged up the leak on the main line. I am very satisfied with their work and will definitely use them again.
