Tony was awesome bc I explained, how stressed I was bc my washing machine wasn’t working and my garage had flooded the night before and I had wet clothes that were about to mildew. Did I mention it was about 6pm? Without hesitation Tony was at my door within 30 minutes.

Great customer care

Came over to our home within 1 hour of contact. Replaced a circuit board in the malfunctioning refrigerator & got it working again all within 2 hours. Great job. Even the beer was still cold after they were done!

Replace the part at minimal cost

He and his son came out the day I called him. Charged me $300 for the part plus labor. Part was $40 and the rest was labor. He had the part on his truck so the repair of my washer was quick. Price seemed high but the service was fast and washer works great.

He was nice, on time, got the part and fixed my washing machine not really sure if it was a good price it cost $300. But it is working well and he came the day after I called.

I told him upfront to see if the stove could be repaired. When he was finished he told me it was functioning properly. After he was gone I tested the stove and it was not repaired. I paid him $365.00. I do not have a problem paying someone for their time but this is just wrong. He came when he said he would and conducted himself very professionally. I called him and asked him if he would refund part of what I paid him since the repair was not made He said he would not because it was not his fault.

Came to my house when he said he would. Debugged the issue quickly. He had to leave to get the part and that took awhile. Cost was less than I expected but still fair. Nice guy with a lot of experience.

Same day service and he had a part in his truck that I needed, so it was fixed asap.

Wanted payment in cash. Took all my cash and a check for the balance

Not a refutable service person. Do not recommend!

My fridge was not fixed. He recommended thrift get rid of it and charged me $98. I will never use Angi again.

I chose this company because their ad said that they were available on Saturdays. They were not available until the following Monday. Quoted as approximately $300 repair, but the cost was $950. When we spoke to them, they said all repairmen were off for the weekend. Good work, but expensive. They were late on both days, but did the work well. The repairman was friendly, professional & thorough. I would recommend this company.

He was here on time and fixed my refrigerator, he was polite and did what he said he would do.

Tony said that my refrigerator was either low on freon or the compressor was bad. He stated they do not do freon and that buying a new refrigerator was cheaper than fixing the compressor. I looked it up afterwards. Fixing the compressor with labor is between $250 and $650. He must not know what a new refrigerator costs these days. He did not even entertain giving me a quote on fixing it. Just charged me $48 for looking at it. Apparently, he does not want the work. Tony also said to buy an Amana but do NOT buy a Whirlpool. Amana is made by Whirlpool.

Immediate response when I called, didn't have to wait around. Very impressed responsiveness. Very informative, and also shows you what he's doing along the way. Five stars all around

Tony is lying. I would not let him repair a toilet paper roll. He takes no responsibility. He blames everyone but himself. We are going on 3 weeks of him repairing my gas stove. First, he said he ordered the wrong part. Then he said they sent the wrong part. He overcharges and changes the price. If you have success with him, good luck. He told me he goes to church on Sunday, probably to repent for the sins he commits during the week. In my opinion, Never and I mean Never hire this shoddy liar. I am sorry I did.

Tony came out the very next day. Diagnosed and Fixed my Refrigerator so quickly. !!!! Very friendly, professional, and gave me some great advice about my appliance. Told him that I was interested in replacing my 10 year old fridge, and he gave me some great advice about the current concerns and issues with fridges being built today ! ... Thank you Tony !!!!
