The guy was very unprofessional and he is cheater. not somebody that i would recommend

Small 2 man service, quick to respond, procure part next morning for early installation. Installation process was not professional, somewhat damaging to existing control board hanging pins. Luckily, replacement board was good and refrigerator operation restored. Expensive service call.

I am really dissatisfied.

Very unprofessional. Came to my house to replace a vent/hood over my stove. Took the old one out and said he couldn't get the new vent to fit. He said I would have to have someone trim some of the upper cabinets. I did and asked him to come back . He never did. Took my money and didn't do the job.

Tony is a rip-off he called and said service call would be 57.00. He came and didn?t even do nothing and did not ask us if we wanted him to continue we thought he was still doing the service call. Then he says we owe him 97.00 for nothing he was here for 10-15 minutes. Stay away from this guy!!!!!!!

They came in and fixed the problem. Very grateful

Wow, Tony and his son were so nice. Was able to fix the same day. Did not have to wait one or two days to get parts. Will hire them for my future repairs.

Antonio, and his apprentice, diagnosed, frozen/clogged water drain. I had the refrigerator portion defrosted. They installed copper wire to keep the water drain water flowing. They provided other recommendations.

Responded quickly. Was on time, was able to repair my refrigerator the same visit. Knowledgeable. Good communication.

Tony did not completely diagnose the problem, he removed some screws stop and said the electronic component needed to be replace, (@ the cost of 65.00) when in fact it was the housing and housing switch (@ 19.95) I would not recommend Affordable Appliance. Tony charged me 89.00 for his visit

Tony fixed our washer the same day we called , Sunday even.. He was very kind .. I would recommend him for all your appliance needs

Great job Tony came to the house on a Sunday 1 1/2 hours after contacting him. He assessed the problem and was back Monday morning with the part and completed the repair.

He walked in and in less than five minutes told me it was not worth repairing. The charge $108.00 for the service call.

They only accept cash or check.

Came 3 hours late. Spent putting a water sprayer in place, which I watched him do, and charges me $175. Claims he added O Rings, which I did not observe. Totally gave the impression of unprofessionalism.

Tony came to repair our washer when he said he would, and had the needed part with him. The clothes washer is up and running again. Hooray!!

Pro was knowledgeable for refrigerators. I would recommend him, Tony .
