Guy came, no name, business card, no info on the receipt. Checks a couple things, decides it s some $400 part that he recommends I don t replace. Takes only cash and leaves. I have no resolution, no specific information and I m just $68 poorer. Totally ridiculous and unprofessional. I will not be using home advisor anymore.

Waste of time.

Tony was able to complete my repair quickly and thoroughly (install new ice maker). Price seemed a tad high, but I m not familiar with these rates.

Came to home without any PPE. Replaced a fan in the refrigerator to fix ice maker. Ice maker was not fixed. Called another appliance repair company and ice maker repaired within 5 minutes.

I have had several appliances repaired with Tony . He has always been the cheapest on the repairs and quick to repair them . This time my Fridge quit getting cold and I was about to loose several hundred dollars of food if it couldnt be fixed right away. Tony was at my home in about two hours and had me back up and running in less than a hour. There was more than one issue but he was able to fix both problems and it was cheaper than any other company I called. Why go anywhere else when they charge more and take their time getting to my house. Five star service at 2 star prices ... I will only Call Affordable Appliance Repair because the name tells you way AFFORDABLE, and I am super glad I called ...

Fast but expensive.

30$ part 5 wires to connect 20 minutes work = 189$ + tax felt a little high.

Called a guy named Tony to replace a baffle in my washing machine. He came out and looked at it and charged me $68.00 trip charge. I ordered the baffle and called him a few minutes ago and he said it was too much trouble to get to the drum to replace the baffle but he could glue one in. I asked for a refund for the trip charge and he hung up on me.

I told Tony the problem with my washer was that the tub had quit spinning. He turned it on, listened to it for a few seconds and then said it sounded to him that the couplers were broke. He gave me a fair price to fix them, I said OK and half an hour later the problem was fixed! Easy-Peasy. Tony knows his stuff!

We needed something fixed with the dishwasher and we have a leak not from before.

Tony called me immediately. He and his son arrived within the hour and they had my cooktop fixed in no time. He charged a fair price and his service was excellent. I will definitely call him again for any of my appliance repair needs!

They arrived late for Apptmnt (40 min.) They informed me of $129.00 min. charge when I inquired (5 min into assessment of repair). Tony reattached a spring that had become unattached . The entire repair took ten minutes. They (Tony &his son) arrived reeking of Marijuana. They would not accept a check made out to the company. Tony demanded that the check be made out to him. I would not recommend this individual based on this meeting/transaction.

Very courteous. Changed mother board on frig. A little more expensive than I thought it was going to be.

Came out to fix my microwave, put a glass of water in and turned it on for a minute, then checked it and said ...it's cold and your Magnito is bad so I recommend buying a new unit, that will be $68 check or cash! Gee tyvm for the great service....cya
