Quick, efficient, friendly, most important, my dryer works!

They showed up on time and then he began to tell me how unreliable my almost new LG fridge was and I should just trade it and get a new one. My lower ice maker did not work. He said he would go and see what parts cost and called me with a quote of $400 for parts. He said it was the valve and the ice maker. I believe he tried to get me to get them both because he did not know which one was the problem. The problem was never fixed.

Very unprofessional business. Got cuss out by Tony, and paid almost $500 dollars for a repair that does not even work properly.

Arrived on time. The service was adequate. However, I had to cleanup the surface of the refrigerator and floor.

Tony and his associate came to my home to fix my washing machine. They were not wearing masks for covid19. He attempted to repair my machine but could not and told me I just need to buy a new one. My machine was only 5 years old. He still charged me for his work and gave me a generic receipt without a company name or logo. Before he left he asked if he could use the bathroom. He let my toilet smeared with feces, which was disgusting! I question any type of experience he has and cannot believe Homeadvisors would have him on their list of repair people. I would never recommend him or his company, Affordable Appliance Repair.

They came out quick as our oven was not working. Once they got here they immediately found the issue and had it fixed in no time. Very friendly and very talented. Highly recommend them.

If I could give Tony (Affordable Applicance) zero stars, I would. Horrible, horrible service. Did not even fix the washing machine issue but attempted to charge me anyway. Not going to happen. Put a stop payment on my check and contacted our friend who is a consumer lawyer. I do not think he even installed the new part he said he did because we looked and the part he supposedly installed was cracked! He spent 25 minutes hanging in my garage talking to his lawyer regarding estate business and then another 15 minutes fXXX up my bathroom and literally crapped on the floor, walls, toilet, etc. Who does that? Who takes a crap in a customer home and leaves it like that? This guy is a loser, big time! He and his son did not even wear masks! Do not use him! Him he is worthless and a con-man.

Got with me real quick, did what he said he would do. Listed a price and stuck with it.
