Had to negotiate for the best price. Good businessman! Fun to work with. I was happy.

They were able to come out the same day replaced a part. So far everything is working good.

Disappointed that $300 + later, my ice maker still isn t working

They did not fix what we asked them to. We had a water leak on wall he told us we needed a plumber and told my wife if we did not fix fan on the frig, she would have to buy another one, so I believe they are not what I would recommend that company as they told me they could fix it.

Tony responded quickly. We agreed on the price of the visit and there were no additional charges. He is polite and went to work right away figuring out what the problem was. When I was told the price of the repair I needed to think it over. Considering the age of the washing machine and the recent repair work we are considering getting a new machine. I would recommend Tony's helper stay off Facebook while Tony is working.

Ice maker still does not work properly. Receipt had no business information. No follow up on how this gs are going g with his work.

They responded quickly, and ajusted the price to be within a penioners budget. Machine is working perfectly now.

Tony is a nice enough guy; he responded immediately after our submission to Home Advisor. Incorrectly diagnosed our problem, and charged us $245 for a unnecessary repair. He did return to try and troubleshoot the problem again; recommended replacing a part that was just replaced ( we did, and it still did not fix our issue). At the end, he said good luck with that; let me know how it works out, and left. He left screws uninstalled on my appliance, and forgot an electrical connection that I later had to fix.

Labor fee changed when they showed up to do the job. They said they did not know it was a microwave oven combo when that was the first thing I told them on the phone and provided them with the make and model. Also they forgot to mention that there is a $25 call out fee. Brought the wrong parts and wanted to come back in 2 days to finish the job. Also did not appreciate that one of them smelled like marijuana.

He didn't wear a uniform, just street clothes. Sears technicians wear a uniform and drive a company truck. His truck was just a plain Jeep with no decals. When I made the appointment I told the company what was wrong. They said they would send a technician out to look at it. When he arrived I told him the same thing a did over the phone when I made the appointment. He just stared at the dryer when i talked. Then he said the mother control board is bad. They couldn't tell me that over the phone. From now on I will call Sears for all my appliance repairs. When I wrote the check he told me just to write it out to him instead of Affordable Appliance Repair.

Very punctual and helpful

I had Tony come out because the handle falling was off one of the drawers on his freezer. when Tony arrived he took a look the drawer and said he could fix it. I asked for the cost of it to see if I wanted to do the project and was told look I am here so you might as well have me fix it or I will have to charge you for the estimate. I asked isn't it a free estimate. Tony said yes if I do the work., i'll give you a discount if you do since i am here. I was a little confused but said ok, Tony walked to the truck with the broken screw and came right back with another screw replaced the broken screw with a new one put it on and the handle was fixed. less than 5 minutes total in time. He then sat down at the table to write up the bill. the bill says minimum labor bottom right handle repair screw with discount 129.00 plus tax 10.32 for a total of 139.32. he then proceeded to make phone calls from my kitchen and send messages, I am very upset that Tony charged me 139.32 for 5 minutes of work and required a screw he had in his truck for a dollar part. I am a senior citizen and on fixed income, it seems like he is ripping me off. I feel It should have cost no more that 50-60 dollars for the 5 minute job.

Tony was fast & effective reparing my garage disposal. I will definitely refer him to my friend's and family.

He was very professional and was right on time. He called me right away and was here on time. He worked quickly and did things I never would've done. I was very pleased with his work> He was very reasonable.
