+ -1 moreMr. G. Zorn is a true professional. Prompt, courteous, thorough and personable, he also inspected the house in a timely fashion. As home inspections go, it was a great experience. Gordy Zorn, the owner, has a calming affect on what could be a miserable day.
Description of Work: We also had the Infrared, and Termite inspection done.

+ -1 moreWe used Gordy for a home inspection and found him to be prompt and thorough. I would recommend him to others. We used him primarily because he uses thermal imaging to check the home and to look for leaks in plumbing etc even if within walls and not seen. He was very willing to answer questions and provide explanations and responded to emails and phone calls promptly within reasonable times.

The owner/inspector is a level 2 certified thermographer. A minimum of level 1 is expected in this industry. Inspectors are getting into thermal imaging but aren't getting the essential training needed to properly interpret what's being evaluated.
