ADVANCED FRAMING SYSTEMS

I could not be happier with Bruce's team at AFS framing system. They are a top notch, experienced and professional framer. They showed up the job site promptly at 6:00 am every morning, they have an excellent work ethic and produced some of the highest quality framing work I have ever seen. They communicated with me very well throughout the process and brought up every little issue to ensure their work was in line with my expectations. They also replaced all of the old improperly installed windows and doors in the structure. I believe that my job was much smaller than what they normally deal with, but they still made me feel like my job was their number one priority and used the same quality craftsmanship and attention to detail that they would use on their larger custom homes. I will definitely call AFS again when we are ready to put an addition on to our house.

,We were put in touch with Advanced Framing Systems by a truss company after we discovered that 6 of the trusses in our attic had been sawed off, at some point before we owned our house. We were under a tight timeline as we were in the process of selling our house. Advanced Framing Systems responded promptly to our call, coordinated with the truss company and its engineer, and fixed the trusses in an expedient and professional manner. It was a stressful time for us, and having such a professional company to work with was a huge blessing.

Bruce & company were absolutely amazing and I can't speak highly enough of their work. Bruce and every single member of his crew demonstrated the highest degree of professionalism from the day we were introduced. Their work was exemplary and their attention to detail was first rate but it was the intangibles that really set them apart. 1. They were prompt and courteous. What more could you ask. They were on the job when they said they'd be there. The remodel was probably a 4 week job and for the entire 4 weeks they were there bright and early each morning at the exact time they said they'd be there. Furthermore, they worked hard and put in honest, full days. Needless to say, we were very impressed. 2. They were consummate professionals. From day one you could tell that the AFS team respected our home. Their first order of business was to completely cover and protect the carpet, trim areas, and soft edges that might be nicked from constant traffic. We were also amazed and impressed at the end of each work day to see all of their building materials cleaned and tucked neatly away as out of sight as possible. The work areas and the grounds were spotless at the end of each day and these great guys even went above and beyond the call of duty by picking up after another contractor crew we had working on our house. Not only did they police up their own mess, they held such high standards that we caught them cleaning up the mess left behind by the other crew. We told them they didn't have to do that but they were so good natured about it and said "that it was no big deal". Well let me tell you that it was a big deal to us and our respect for their professionalism and work ethic reached a new high. Needless to say, at the end of each workday the work area looked so spotless that you couldn't tell that they were there. 3. Quality of workmanship. Of course all of this other stuff really doesn't matter if the work is bad. We are very please to report that their work is first rate. The fit and finish of everything they worked on is so perfect and seamless that one would be hard-pressed to tell that the windows weren't original equipment. There were no fitment issues, no blemishes, no signs of quick cover ups. Everything was square, centered, and perfectly aligned. Furthermore there were no surprise, hidden, or mystery costs and I attribute that to Bruce being such an excellent and effective communicator throughout the entire job. If you spend every single day over 4 solid weeks with someone you begin to learn a bit about their tendencies. Our experience with Bruce and AFS was so pleasant and trouble free that we actually missed them when they left the job site for the last time. I can't speak highly enough of Bruce and AFS and give them my highest recommendation and I will continue to use them over and over again.
