Description of Work: Alarm went off and I was out. They called me and my contact's telephone number. They sent round a ADT service person who inspected the property fully. There was no break-in but let me know which window had set off the alarm. They came and repaired the worn out and broken wire in the window frame the next day. I have had ADT security for many years.
