What can I say? The guy showed up, got the job done quickly. When I came home, the garage door opened so quietly and smoothly the dog didn't even know I'd returned home.

I would certainly hire ADS again and recommend them highly.

They showed up when they said they would. Installation was quick. They also programmed the wireless door opener. They hauled off the old unit. I am very pleased with the price, friendliness and professionalism.

I called when no one showed up during the appointment window. There was apparently a mix-up, but someone was dispatched immediately. He thoroughly explained what had to be done and made the repair. He worked neatly and my garage door works very smoothly now. I would recommend this service.

The existing springs were the wrong size. ADS put the correct springs on the door and it operates better than it ever has.

GREAT!! Began having problems with the remotes and the original opener not responding. Had choice of replacing a circuit board or replacing the total unit. The board was a 'maybe' solution, so chose a new unit. Service person was a pro, got all remotes programmed for the garage door as well as the gate code for the development.

I called because I was having trouble closing my garage door. I was told that it could be temporarily fixed by waiting until the garage door light went out before pushing the button on the remote. That advice worked but I wanted to be able to leave my garage while the light was still on so I made an appointment for them to come out. I chose to replace my old garage opener due to the cost of the repair versus the cost of a new unit. I was given a time of between 1 to 3pm on Monday, and he was here at 2:30pm. He wasted no time, replacing the unit and setting the remotes. I was pleased with the service and the cost and definitely would recommend this company.

Shane had earlier made repairs to my garage door after it was damaged, at that time the installation of new doors had been discussed and a bid was presented and accepted. Shane delivered the door panels early so that I could paint them before the installation took place and the doors were installed without damage to the paintwork. The doors are steel on both sides with a foam core for insulation, very high quality product. Today the doors were installed by his installer, who was on time and had all the necessary tools and hardware. The doors were installed and adjusted with new hardware and springs on both doors. I had purchased a new opener which was also installed for no additional charge. I recommended ADS to my neighbor when his door was needing repair and he also is well pleased and had a new door installed. I highly recommend ADS Garage Doors to anyone who is in need of repair or a complete install.

Shane came exactly on time, calling before he came to confirm he was coming. He changed the code on the door and on the keypad opener and sold us a new remote. He also serviced the old Genie, explaining that the alarming thump it was making was due to the chain drive and was not a cause for my concern. It is such a pleasure to hire someone you can recommend enthusiastically to all your friends and other Angie's list members. This company has an A rating because they provide honest, first class service.

They came and quoted within 2 hours and repaired my door the following day by noon.

Great. I called last night. I needed it done quickly. He said they could be here first thing in the morning. They were here as promised. He brought everything he needed. He was pleasant, worked quickly, efficiently and noticed the small details that I would have overlooked that would have caused a problem later.

From start to finish the job went as presented. Would use again and would recommend them to anyone.

Called ADS Garage Doors last night and after explaining the problem to Shane Bunce he arranged to come look at my issues this morning. Problem quick diagnosed and problem fixed. Both Shane and I realize the need to replace the doors and after today's visit Shane has secured that business. Highly recommend, no sales pitch for commision sake which in todays world is not easy to find.

He had originally told us that the less expensive garage door opener that we wanted would be a little noisy and it is... so no surprise there. He was very punctual, installed the new opener promptly and without any mess. Its been installed for about 6 months now, used daily and no problems or concerns noted. I would use this provider again.
