I knew I needed to get some repair work done on my opener and emailed three companies that I found on Angie's List to get an idea of how much it would cost and to have them call me to schedule a repair. ADS Garage Doors and Openers was the only business that called me. I spoke to Shane and he diagnosed what most likely needed to be done and we scheduled the work to be done the next day. Andy came on time and quickly did the repair. In addition to having the gear fixed I now have a new wall unit with more robust transmitters. What can be better than a company that comes and does outstanding work at a fair price. This is an outstanding company.

OUTSTANDING!! These guys are awesome. When our garage door stopped working unexpectedly this morning, I thought it would be at least a day before someone could come out and fix it. I called ADS and they had someone out here in about an hour. Thankfully it was a quick and inexpensive fix. No BS about trying to sell me something I don't want or need. They just came in and did what was needed to repair my door. I definitely will use ADS again!!

These guys are fantastic! I called them today at 11AM because my garage door wasn't opening. Its now 2:30PM and the job is done. AMAZING! My life would be so much easier if all my home vendors were as competent and expeditious. Don't call anyone else...just call these guys.

The owner scheduled it quickly although it was not an emergency. The technician arrived on time and quickly assessed the problem. He called Shane, the owner, for confirmation of his assessment and to give me the estimate. He re-aligned sensors and oiled the working part of the door and tracks. Then he replaced the wall door opener with a part he had with him on the truck. I had a choice of parts, and I chose one that actually cost a little more. The technician did not push me to replace the whole unit (motor, etc) although it is old, and he did not tell me that a part in the motor had to be replaced. I might not have known the difference. He simply found the least expensive way to fix the problem. He explained to me a few things that were diagnostic which is information I can use in the future. I have used this company before, and was very happy with their work., because they are honest and do good work. I am very happy with the cost and service. Having used them twice, they are now my only "go to" company.

It went fantastic. I spoke to the owner and was serviced by the owner. He showed up on time and the repair was done very quickly. He was pleasant and professional. I will definitely call him again.

We called after checking Angie's List and another source. A real person answered the phone. He could have someone here within a few hours. We set up a time, he was here within the time frame stated. In and out, done, no problems. We did use the coupon they offered on Angie's list. We would use them again.

Everything went perfect according to my tenant.

I moved into a house where the garage door unit didn't work. On Saturday, ADS came out, inspected, and recommended a updated unit. Since he didn't have a unit, he scheduled me for the next day. The install was quick, and I now have a functioning garage door. Courteous, professional, and great service. If I have any future issues, I'll be calling ADS.

My existing garage door was very old. On Saturday afternoon, as I was raising door, it suddenly dropped. I called and left a message and received a return call within the hour. The owner, Shane, came that evening and was able to get door functioning again. Due to the age and condition of the door, I decided to have him replace it. I was quoted a price, which I thought was fair, and scheduled the installation for the following Monday morning. I wasn't even charged for the Saturday service call. On Monday, his crew arrived on time and did the installation. The painter arrived immediately following the installation. I already had the paint. They applied three coats and the door looks great!

It was scheduled and completed within a week. They got it done. They did the work they needed to do and everything was ok. I've used them before and they've done good work before.

This is hands down the best garage door service. I contacted most of the other top rated services listed on Angie's List, and every one of them tried their absolute best to con me. One of them broke my screen door and chain smoked cigarettes in my driveway, and another tried to tell me that my goal of raising the rails on my garage door was impossible and that I was an idiot for thinking I could do that. I actually gave up on replacing my garage doors for about three months, and then one of them actually fell off. That's when I called Shane. Not only did he give me the best price, but he also told me he could raise my rails higher than I wanted. He didn't try to push the brand of motors he had in stock (he told me the pros and cons of all of them, and then let me decide). He was an absolute professional, and when my doors finally arrived, he installed them in a matter of a few hours. Turns out one of the doors was badly scratched, but instead of trying to con me into keeping it, he ordered another one from the factory. That one too was dented, and he called the factory with me standing there and got angry. When the second door came in, he installed it without asking for any more money. In a business that seems to be dominated by used car salesmen, Shane and ADS Garage Doors were the utmost professional and achieved my goals. Most importantly, they were HONEST! If you want a nightmare, call one of the other guys and get ripped off. If you want fixing your garage doors to be stress free, call shane and ADS Garage Doors. You won't be sorry.

When I was leaving the house the garage door would not close. I pulled the emergency release so that I could leave. Having no idea on what to do next I searched Angie's List and called ADS. I expected to wait several days for a repairman, but much to my surprise I only waited hours. He arrived on time, opened the garage door from the outside, and had the problem diagnosed and repaired in less than 5 minutes. To be honest I felt like an idiot. Apparently somebody (me) bumped the lasers and they were out of alignment. I think the best part of the entire transaction was that the technician made me feel like it was no big deal that he came out to do a 5 minute repair.

It was fine. He was pretty good. He took care what he needed to do. It was done properly and in a timely manner. He showed up on time. I'd say give him a call 'cause he took care of the business he had to take care of. He's good.

Shane was great. He showed up exactly when he said he would. He went right to work and was finished in what seemed like no time at all. He then had a friend of his, who is a professional painter come and match and paint the door. I would definitly recommend Shane to anyone needing a new garage door. Price I thought was more than fair and Shane and I got along great.

The deal didn’t work out. It did not fix what I needed, but they did give me free rollers. I feel like I should have called them first and then found the report. I needed a new motor and they did a great job on that service.

That went fine. They came out fairly quickly. We got a good deal. They came, they did the work, they left. It was awesome. Everything went perfectly fine. He was in and out within an hour. They did a great job. I have no complaints with the price. I have no other point of reference so I can't say it was worse or better than another company.

Shane Bunce showed up 15 minutes early for the appt. He was polite, well-mannered, easy to talk with.

It worked out fine. They came out and they worked very quickly. They replaced everything they said they were going to replace. My garage door actually started to squeak and I haven’t had any problems since then. The work was perfect. There were no problems. My interaction with them was minimal but good.

The technician was very pleasant and explained in detail what had happened, showing me the frayed cable and the work that was completed. They are on my speed dial list for any future needs.

Called on Sunday. Shane responded very quickly, and scheduled for Monday (the next day early morning) to fix the issue. Shane gave me the angieslist discount $175 for replacing the springs. Shane arrived the second day on time and did good job. I will recommend his service to all my friends.

Called ADS late Saturday afternoon. After describing the problem with our garage door, an appointment was made for Sunday at 10 am. Provider arrived as scheduled and promptly looked over and fixed the defective garage door. Provider was very professional, polite, pleasant and clearly explained the garage door problem. We will definitely call/use him again and refer him to family and friends.

I tried to open my garage door and there was a terrible noise it opened but I saw the opener bracket was dangling in mid air (shane told me the name of the part when he arrived I had no clue). I looked up Angie for help and called ADS after reading all the great reviews. I called ADS spoke to shane (the owner) and arranged for him to come over the next morning, he offered to come that same day but I was on my way out. He arrived right on time told me what was wrong and fixed it $45 and my door was great. ADS will be my go to provider in the future.

Shane was very courteous over the phone when I called him about the garage door not opening. Not knowing how the system worked (I do now), I told him that the motor chain with the bar on it seemed to bend and then stop when trying to lift the door. He immediately thought that it was a broken spring and we made an appointment for the morning in the next day. I did get a quote of $175.00 over the phone with the Angie's List discount at this time, and questioned him how long it would take. He responded that there shouldn't be any issues in doing it in 45 minutes. Martin showed up the next day promptly for the appointment and had called ahead as Shane had mentioned previously. He looked at the system, knew exactly what to do, and made some recommendations as to what we should do in the event that it doesn't work the next time. When they replaced the single spring, they went directly to a two spring system without question even when I asked. Same price (I'll disclaimer that I'm willing to bet that no one uses a single spring system anymore). We did talk about another provider whom charged an arm and leg before we had Angie's List. I had Martin make some recommendations as to the type of garage door opener I should get and when I should replace it. He also went over some maintenance pieces on the door itself and told me that there shouldn't be any reason to replace the rollers (previous provider said to do it) unless I ran into the garage door for some reason and broke things. Was in and out in 20 minutes. ADS was very honest about their work, charged very reasonable rates and I will definitely recommend them and use them again when I run into issues.
