They did a good job. They gave me a quote over the phone but when I got there, they upped a couple of hundred bucks but then I talked them back down to just 100 bucks. They didn't take samples but the guys kinda seemed like they knew what they were doing. They were really quick.

Adaptive Environmental Consulting offers the following services: Mold inspection, testing and protocol design, asbestos sampling, monitoring, planning and project design services, radon sampling and project design, Phase I and Phase II services, mold and asbestos training services, safety plan designs, indoor air quality evaluations, chemical sampling (VOC) and most other environmental sampling and project design services.
We do not perform mold remediation or asbestos abatement actions nor do we provide any construction related services outside project design and oversight. Adaptive can provide screened contractors that maintain appropriate insurance, licensing and certifications for work to be recommended.
