INCREDIBLE RESULTS in 3 SHORT WEEKS! The small, outdated kitchen of my 1993 Del Webb home, though still the same 10x12, really has DOUBLED in size in to a beautiful, CONTEMPORARY 2021 kitchen. Pricing for the entire project was also very reasonable! Owner Gabriel Adame and I met, along with Adame Construction rendering designer Omar A. After several fine tuning renderings of the design I envisioned for my dream kitchen, expert Omar patiently worked with me to get the layout "just right." Work began with TOTAL DEMO of my kitchen, counters, cabs, ceiling, etc began on a Friday. Just 16 work days later, on a Monday the floor to ceiling kitchen remodel was done. I can't believe it the same 10x12' space. My old, tired and impractical '93 kitchen is now a state of the art GOURMET KITCHEN, I literally doubled my space, cabs & counters. Amazing transformation by replacing old, off-white, refaced 30"upper cabs and base cabs, removing a narrow built in wall pantry and utizing the 10x12 space optimally. The best decision I made was the expense to relocate my huge 36" wide fridge to an empty wall in this 10x12 "eat in " kitchen, changing a miniscule 12" counter by my oven to a HUGE 48" wide counter. Beautiful DOVE GREY shaker cabinets, with taller 42" upper cabs, adding cabinets, gorgeous quartz counters are calcutta white with light grey veining quartz counters. I now have 2 pantries with PULL OUT SHELVES, pot drawers, spice cabinet, 2 corner upper cabs. We also removed an UGLY fluorescent light box, added can lights and a ceiling fan in my new dream kitchen. The project foreman on my job was Eligio. He was able to make this customer happy with his exacting workmanship and actually figured out HOW to make the typical (horrible, useless) lower corner cab workable! Fitting the 2 tier lazy susan carousel with a shelf beneath to "catch" anything that might fall off of top carousel. The darn CORNER CABINET was a thorne in my side and I hated all the WASTED SPACE before my new dream kitchen remodel! Cutting the shelf in half to fit inside the cab, then glue & clamp to make it a 1pc shelf inside the deep cabinet. His idea for solution made this customer very happy. Good teamwork of foreman Eligio and his various helpers. He was SO hard working and dedicated, continued working day 14 of project, after a late afternoon mishap with the circular saw. Ughh. I called him Macho Man as he just used the hand sanitizer and gauze pad I gave him, wrapping his finger with blue painters tape to finish out his day. Dedicated guy, wanting to finish the project, he went after Thurs shift to urgent care for medical care. You may have guessed it, but I LOVE my new dream kitchen! I highly recommend my general contractor, ADAME CONSTRUCTION PS - alas, this will not be my dream kitchen for too long. After the passing of my brother in Jun '21... just before the job started... I decided to move to NC and live near my sister. Hahaha! I just moved to Summerlin in Dec'20 and we designed & contracted my DREAM KITCHEN BTW - Pricing for the project was very reasonable for this incredible transformation in 3 short weeks!!
