I really did like them. The price was good and the quality was great. They were right out here and were right on time; everything was great. I had them within two weeks, that was my choice. They are going to check back with me in a year.

It was okay. It was good. They came here and did what I anticipated but I ended up spending more money because I had another problem that wasn't covered.

Danny was professional, friendly and personable plumber. He was ion time and performed the repair work in a matter of minutes. Additionally he adjusted the faucet in the kitchen for me before leaving. He was quick, efficient and performed a professional job. I will call Active Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs.

Danny was awesome. Did a great fast clean job . Only missed one inning of game 7.

Had a leaky drain in kitchen they quoted me a price and did the work ..The walk thru alone will give you plenty on insight on the condition of your plumbing.There was no pressure to upgrade or sell. They do wish to be your plumber in the future.

He surveyed the job with me, left briefly to buy the fixtures, returned and installed them. Having overcome plumber sticker-shock, I feel I got excellent work for the price.

It went fine as they didn't perform any service.

He said he couldn't fix the toilet because the problem was a calcium build up in the toilet itself. I appreciate that he didn't charge us for fixing the flushing mechanism when that wouldn't have solved the problem. He did say he could install a new one that day (we chose not too as it was too expensive to use his services). However, he wasn't pushy about it. Also suggested that we needed about $1800 worth of work on the water lines. Also not pushy about it.

Showed up on time. That's the only thing that went well. He didn't do anything to the toilet - said the inside needed to be replaced and it would cost more than $200 (I can't remember the exact amount). Had a handyman come afterwards and he switched out something that cost $15 at Home Depot. No more constant running and it's been a year.

Awful. Plumber showed up and instead of doing anything to the toilet that leaked, told me he could rebuild the inside for $220. He did not look at the other two toilets. He then looked at my garbage disposal and said it would need to be replaced. Then he went to his van to get a price on the metal strainer replacement for my sink that had started to rust, and came back with a price over $200. I asked how that was possible and he said that is a set price. He left and no work was performed. The toilet still ran. I watched a YouTube video and tightened up screw holding the bulb in place on the inside of the toilet myself - it no longer runs. I had another plumber come out for the metal strainer and garbage disposal. I had purchased a new disposal and metal strainer on my own, and he only charged me $60. The disposal had flipped off on its own because a baby spoon had locked it up. He attached a wrench to the bottom of the disposal and showed me how to jar it loose if it were to happen again, and also where the emergency switch was on the unit to turn it back on if it cuts power again because of that. He then took 15min to replace and seal the strainer. He then looked at the toilet to check my work and said everything looked good. The other plumber may have suggested a rebuild because of a little bit of rust on the corner of the tank, but said the rebuild was not necessary and instead gave me a much easier (and cheaper!) DIY option to remove the rust. I am out the money paid for this "deal" and nothing was done aside from giving three over-priced quotes for things that ended up costing me less than $65 (I returned the replacement disposal to Home Depot)

The hot water heater flush went fine. The inspection of other parts was done haphazardly.

It turned into a bigger deal than I expected. It was not their fault. Their work was okay but a little expensive. I would not use them again.

Good, did what they said they would do and they arrived on time.

Went great. Danny recognized the issue with the height of the flange now that the tile and thin set was removed. The gap was to big and he had to cut it off and install a new one to get toilet to sit flush with floor. Will be having them do my other 2 toilets also.

Well- I never saw any water from draining my water heater- not sure what happened. My inspection was believable- but was soooo expensive. Way out of my price range.

Danny arrived on schedule and was prepared to understand and solve our problem. We had two identical toilets installed about a year ago, and as time went by, the started rocking on our porcelain floor tiles. They never leaked, but we were sure they would sooner or later. Danny tightened up the mount to the floor and carefully shimmed them in place, then sealed the front part to stabilize them in place.

Easy went fine couldn't pull rod, heater to close to roof for leverage already had most of my plumbing evaluated or repaired not much to do here. Shopping for new plumber (old one no longer in business). Will call them back if I need one he was on time and understanding an 62 year old house needs not to have its plumbing fooled with.

He had to come out 3 times because the toilet kept leaking. I paid to have it rebuilt because the floater inside wasn't working and it just kept running. He did and then it was leaking so he had to come back and replace the seals. It was STILL leaking and he had to come back a 3rd time! I was actually quite impressed because he admitted he'd never needed to come back 3 times about the same leak. He did some research, fixed the problem and it works perfectly now. They were great, quick to fix the issues and very thorough.

No contact from the service provider. I am requesting a refund.

The Flush (which is easy) was accomplished easily. The inspection, in my opinion, was very cursory. Why do I say this? As an example, for the toilets, which were to be inspected, he simply said, you have the type where you can't just lift the lid, you have to lift the lid and unhook a chain; thus, I'm not inspecting. Okay, I understand, but the toilets that I have are not unusual. So, this was just and easy way to not do the work. The inspection of the overall plumbing did have some reasonable suggestions; however, as an example, Active quoted 270 to replace a value. (and was ready to do it now). I had it replaced for 85 dollars - but another plumbing company. Active was pushing for me to replace my water heater immediately! He said - I have one on the truck - we can do it now! Another company said, I understand why he said that - but your water heater is working and has a few more years. And the final blow, he didn't catch the one tiny leak that I had under a sink, despite my having a wrench by the sink as a clue that I had worked on the value! I understand that he might have overlooked it - but it should have at least prompted a question. Would I recommend them? I believe that their work would be quality; however, at the price, I would not suggest their services.

Excellent. Provider arrived and quickly got to work. Found out what the issue was with my plumbing and suggested repairs and maintenance needed.

The technician Eric was very professional and punctual. He was on time and explained what everything he was doing and why. I had an issue with noisy hoses behind the washing machine that he replaced which alleviated a lot of the problems. The tech really went above and beyond to fix all of my issues. I did sped another 138 dollars on the hoses but it was money well spent, I was battling that issue for a long time. They took care of getting me scheduled right away with practically no waiting involved. Overall great experience with the office as well as the tech. They were fast, efficient and did great work!

He was very professional and made the necessary call to have the needed hot water heater delivered and it was installed without incident .

I would not use this company or recommend this company as I believe they are not honest with their services.

Active Plumbing offered a special price to Angie List members for a hot water heater flush and whole-house plumbing inspection. They were very professional and a pleasure to work with. The receptionist/scheduler was very nice and set up an appointment that fit my earliest availability. Chris, the plumber, was on-time and explained what he was going to do and then showed me the issues he found with further explanation. There was no pressure to do anything other than the flush and inspection. My house is over 25 years old and I appreciated his knowledge and insight of what to look for as the original plumbing ages. I chose to replace the anod rod as there was hardly any left of the one that came with the water heater (3 years old.) My experience with Active Plumbing was very positive and I will call them in the future.
