+ -1 moreI've been using them for three years. The price was pretty reasonable. They are small; they're mom and pop. It is the kind of customer service that I don't see any more. They are definitely professional.

+ -1 moreAccurate Air completed the installation in a timely manner. I was notified ahead of time when they would be at my house, and they arrived as scheduled. I was shown how to operate my new unit using the thermostat. All trash and packaging had been cleared from the work site, and the old unit was picked up the next day. The cost of the new unit and installation was considerably lower than the bid I had received from another company. Accurate Air also informed me that I could apply for a Nevada Power rebate and provided the information I would need for the application. I have since been contacted by Nevada Power confirming I would receive a $300 rebate check. My experience with Accurate Air has more than met my expectations. They provide quality service and are very friendly, and reliable professionals.
Description of Work: Accurate Air replaced the old heat pump located on the roof of my house with a new 13 seer, 3.5 ton unit. Installation included a new thermostat and custom fit duct work to my swamp cooler. Because the previous contractor had installed the condensation line incorrectly, a new condensation line was also installed. When removing the old unit a small piece of the roof tar paper was also pulled up, so Accurate Air made sure the roof was repaired.
