air duct cleaning
 + -1 moreThey did not show up at 8 AM when scheduled, but called at 9:45 to tell me they would be here in 30-60 minutes. The price went from $8.99 per vent I have (9), which would include the dryer vent, to starting at $200.00 depending on what "type" cleaning I preferred. When making the appointment two weeks ago I was told the ad I received in the mail was correct and that the dryer vent was NOT extra and yes, they would clean it, too. The young lady whom I made the appointment with said all the same things the postcard add said, but when the day came to get it done, nothing happened on time, at the same price, or at all.
Description of Work: None. They called 40 minutes after they were due to arrive and said they would be here in 30 to 60 minutes, then upped the price from their advertisement that I received in the mail. From $8.99 per vent (I have 9) to beginning at $200.00 depending on the type cleaning I wanted. The add included the dryer vent, when the guy called, it was extra.

air duct cleaning
 + -1 moreACC Air Duct did a good job on the vents. The ducts were cleaned out well and I had no complaints there. They showed up on time to do their job. However, I was upset that when they were finished they didn't hook the vents back up properly, so I had to do it myself. Everything else was okay so I might use them again sometime. If I would decide to use them again I would be sure they hooked the vents up properly.
Description of Work: They cleaned my air ducts for me. I wasn't sure how many air ducts they cleaned.
