AC Captain responded immediately and was at the house within an hour.

Hector arrived on time and correctly diagnosed problem. Charged only the service fee. When furnace quit again on a Saturday, he came back and correctly found problem due to age of furnace, correctly explained the longer term fix that is needed and didn't charge us a 2nd time as it was a call back. We are very happy with AC Captain and Hector and will be sure to use them again.

Ian called immediately on Saturday, even before I was finished on Angi. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and quoted a repair price that was less than half of Angi's fixed price. Set the appointment for Monday morning. Hector arrived on time Monday morning and repaired my AC unit very quickly. Hector was very professional and efficient. This company is incredible! Had another company that came out and wanted to charge us almost double, and charge for every little thing. One call to A/C Captain and their technician Hector was there that day! Other company tried to tell me it would take two weeks to get a compressor. I ended up getting a brand unit with A/C Captain which we needed. Will only use them from here on out

Immediate, competent response to inquiry. Technician showed up, assessed the system’s operation and bid the job same day. Technician checked out entire unit thoroughly and reviewed service history to make sure previous work was in accordance to factory specs. Technician’s main concern was that the HVAC unit was operating correctly and that I understood how the system works with no pressure to sell upgrades, redesign the system, or add-on costly features. We were in trouble with our AC before we stumbled upon AC Captain. AC Captain was very knowledgeable, considerate, understanding & compassionate- to have such individual who actually cares makes a big difference. I had another contractor check my AC and the plan of action to fix was not the best & it was overpriced. I had to checkout another contractor & found AC Captain. AC Captain diagnosed our issue with so much ease, showed us what was wrong & the cause and fixed it successfully. I have the coolest home in town thanks to AC Captain 👍🏽 Thank you AC Captain!!! They were very efficient and was even early for the appointment time. I was contacted within 10 minutes of putting my request into Home Adviser. They were out the next morning. It was fixed within a couple hours.

I got an immediate call back to schedule an appointment. I had to adjust the time and they were very accommodating. When the technician arrived it was raining and he was still able to do the work and was very cheerful. A job well done and great customer service!

A bit pricey but the problem was found promptly. It took several days to complete but when completed the unit works great.

They were punctual, courteous, diligent and offered good advice. Would definitely recommend them and I would use them again.
