Able Builders did a pretty good job but there were some discrepancies on what we had agreed upon. We got charged extra for some things we thought were included in the initial cost. There were some things that needed to be fixed after they were done however they did come back and fix them.
Description of Work: They built a four room addition onto our home.

ABLE BUILDERS INC. has been a licensed general contractor serving the Las Vegas area since 1979,and our goal is always 100% customer satisfaction . During the corse of any given project , we give the customer every opportunity to customize and make changes with the least amount of cost and problem . We work with our customers in every way to ensure there approval . We make our contracts as clear as we can , but sometimes there are small misunderstandings , mabe something we missed or didn't make clear enough or mabe something our cutomer wasn't clear enough on, we will always be reasonable in making these right. We are proud of the work completed at the Member's residence and can live with the B , more important we are happy that she will use us for future work . Our Nevada State Contractors Board record is zero complaints for 31 years and we strive to keep it that way. Thanks for the work , LES YOAKUM , PRES.
