They were very professional. They got here on time and did their work very well. We were happy with that. We got them through one of Angie's List deals. It was $79 for $150 worth of locksmith services. The price was pretty good for what we needed. We had about six or seven doors that needed to be rekeyed.

Person showed up on time and changed out the locks quickly. Used a Big Deal and only hitch was there was a limit on the amount of locks he would change.

Technicians were very professional, courteous and friendly. When removing the old lock they allowed me to paint the door where the new lock was placed prior to installing the new one. That was a great help. I would definitely use the service again. Great job!

It did not turnout so well. It turned out to be a bait. They were specific at what they were offering and when they got here, it was a lot more than I had anticipated. I had to have it done. They charged me $400 more than the big deal. I was told that it would not be such a process. I would not use them again.

It turned out ok. They installed a new electronic lock.

It turned out lousy. He wanted $600 to put in 3 locks. He came in the next day and I paid $29 just to have him come in and give me a quote.

I suppose it's my fault for having the guy talk me into something. I had other workers at the home and didn't check the finished job. Just had him give me the keys. What a mistake.

I called after buying a deal through Angie's List, for approximately $29.95. I had the understanding that the job would be covered. However, after it was done, in approx 5 minutes (a pin needed to be re-set or changed), I was charged an additional $75.00 as a minimum for the job. I was stunned and did not expect this. The locksmith talked with the owner who did reduce the price by $25 or $30. It was still about $45 more than I expected. Lesson learned: Ask for details of ALL the charges after buying a "deal" so there aren't surprises.

Fast service quality work. They charged labor costs for installation on each lock instead of one charge which seemed unusual.

I called on Friday, March 21 approximately 11am to request rekey services for a condo unit we had just purchased. I was scheduled for a service time of 5-7PM and the technician would call 1/2 hour prior arrival so I could meet him at the condo. I called approximately 6:00 to find out what time the technician might be ready. The dispatcher had to contact the technician and would call me back. After waiting a bit, I called back and was told by someone else that the technician was running behind and probably wouldn't be there until at least 8PM. I had advised earlier I did not want a time later than 7pm as there were no lights on in the condo and we would not be able to see, nor would the technician. We asked to be rescheduled for Sunday , Mar 23 between 1 and 3pm, again with the technician calling 1/2 hours in advance. I did not hear anything by 2:30, so I called dispatch and they had to call the technician again. I was told that the technician was on a "metro" safe call, and that his service calls were all held up and we wouldn't have a technician until at least 6 or 7PM (maybe). I didn't not find that very reassuring. So we cancelled our order and called another company (Moto-express-Justin) and he came at 4:30 and we were well taken care of. We will not use ABC locksmith again, unfortunately because we can't count on them being there when we make an appointment. I understand it happening maybe one time, but not twice, and we should have been priority on Sunday, since we had rescheduled from Friday. Also, we could have been contacted by dispatch earlier if they knew we weren't going to get the service time we scheduled. We had to call and find out ourselves.

The locksmiths arrived on time and performed the services requested in a professional manner.

They put two deadlocks on two interior doors. They were prompt and efficient and they did their job.

Good. Just way too expensive especially since I had a pre paid coupon.

Provider was very punctual and professional. We have already used them again when another lock became broken.

They were fine, very simple and straight forward. They did what they said they would do. They arrived on time, did the job, and I am happy. He did a good job.

He came over and the way that the deal was worded, it was worded well mannered. We thought he was going to install a lock, but that is not what the deal stated. He did come out for the consultation and quoted us over $100.00 for that. I understand that there was a misunderstanding, but he was rude about that and we would not use this company for any locksmith needs. I was able to get a refund from this Big Deal purchase.

Unable to key the locks I had. They were prompt and polite.

They were very good -- we had them do several other things as well. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. All the locks have held up fine since they did the work. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions. Highly recommended!

Arrived on time, quoted and then did the job quickley and well.

He charged me $70 to install (1) lock and $100 for the lock itself. In the deal the offer notes 20% off a lock but this only applied to the lock that costed $275. I am not sure what the $29 was even for considering the final cost of having (1) lock installed.

I had them out to do an emergency repair and the end result was good. The lock has held up fine since they did the work.

They would never show-up. I took time off of work to be there and when I called them they told me they did not service my area. I will never use them.

Upon arrival I told ABC Locksmiths that I attempted to buy a new lock and have him install it. Since a replacement lock was not available, I decided on buying a new door. He did absolutely nothing a tried to charge me his maximum fee (although I prepaid the "deal fee" trough Angie's List, he wanted me to pay his maximum service fee and I wound up paying more than the original fee.
